Theyll ask each details, morning at what time they should be ready night when u will leave them for sleep and what work keenly theyll ask everything and fix a salary...but they wont be sending proper maid...and the maid who came will not do whatever works we told them and leave by 6 itself....but we would have asked maid for staying....so money waste in Rishi home care dont go for this home care

PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR SERVICE!What does care service mean? Providing service to someone (Who is paying for it), when in NEED.Rishi Home care has been pathetic in their service. I have indulged in their service for 6 months , and had 6 people working for me. Can you believe? Imagine, I ran a MAID training center in the last 6 months.1. TRUTH - Initially, They send 1 GOOD staff for service , Example, Salary is 12,000 per month. After a month or 2 , rishi home care calls their staff and move them to another house which is offering them 15,000.2. Secondly, they are capable of sending a newbie who has zero experience , or an old lady who cannot perform tasks , and STILL ask us to pay 12,000. Money has value right? or doesnt anymore ? Even an IT company pays, only if there is performance !3. Their staff (worker) has a debt back home, for example 30,000 and comes to the client house for 2 or 3 months and RUNS AWAY! But rishi care doesnt tell this truth to the client !!!! While the client thinks, that the 1 year service will have only 1 servant !!!!4. Staff really has problems back home and RUNAWAY , which rishi home is not aware.... All of us have problems which is acceptable.This Home care business is a nice game....As they get new clients, and generate new revenue, the good staff are being rotated and hence client becomes a TRAINING CENTER....And even new bies become trained for them to rotate more.....I HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AND LOST CONFIDENCE IN THIS ORGANISATION. MAYBE ALL MAID SERVICES ARE SIMILAR, BUT SHARING MY REAL TIME EXPERIENCE.I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS TO THIS NON TRUSTABLE ORGANIZATION

Took their commission but did not send their home care person even after 3 days. Do not approach these people.. They literally ignore, do not pick phone once they collect their commission.. worst people ..

Not able to provide person to meet our requirements. Some untrained persons who does not do the job neatly is being sent .they collect their full service charges initially without us being satisfied with the person provided

Very worst home care service. Looting money from people. The admin gals are total fraud, got 12000 RS as initial payment and didnt send any maid to home. I tried contacting them back but no response, never answer the phone.

Dont go to this organisation. Its a scam they take your money upfront and will not send you any workforce for your house Cheating people fraudsters
