Oh my god... in full of a day i attend the interview from 9:30 am to 7:00pm but in the final round (4th round ) they reject me for communication. But i am selected first 3 round by the communication. But they find my low level of communication in final round.So freshers dont go there make a good life in another company

Worst company in the world. As a traning time to management say put on the 5 star in Google .no increments no leve every day work on 12 hours above. Dont respond the call in every time

Good one to work & its one of the well known facilities of Omega health care in Trichy because of its location. Ease of access to bus stand and Junction for transportation, Hotels and theatre for time spending... Ease of access to ATMs.. None of other facilities have this much accessibility for those necessities..

Omega Healthcare infrastructure is very nice, and very near by bus stand to easy to transport.

THE WORST COMPANY. TEAM MANAGERS (EACHANARI, TRICHY ARE DOMINATING, HEARTLESS PEOPLE. HR PEOPLE ARE CHEATERS. I HAVE NEVER EVER WORKED IN SUCH AN ATMOSPHERE WHERE EMPLOYEES ARE TREATED LIKE SLAVES. THEY WANT 100% ACCURACY IN ALL JOBS AND WHEN THEY ARE CALLED FOR BLANKS TO CRACK THEY WONT BE ABLE TO FIND. THEY KEEP CHANGING RULES. EMPLOYEES HAVE TO WORK LIKE ROBOTS. MORE STRESS. A BITTER EXPERIENCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I DONT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS, BUT I THINK IF I CLICK AT LEAST ONE STAR ONLY MY COMMENTS WILL BE POSTED AND SO CLICKED ONE STAR.

Pros: salary will be given at 31st of every monthcons: very stressful environment in bpo. some freshers will be mentally tortured by seniors(trainers).
