The hospital nurses and doctors are not respond properly. If you want to meet the doctor you have to wait upto 3.5 hours. Very worst service. Pls improve yourself. The doctor work is very important. But they are doing only buisness.

Very bad service. They will ask you to book the appointment but they are not following it. Some people came for emergency and they asked them to wait for 3 hours. When some people came for pregnancy confirmation they dont even talk to patients. Staffs are commanding, they can be customer friendly

Took my mother for a ailment. operation was done successfully and they was great co-operation and care from the Doctor Punitha and her entire team. The nurses and attenders there are very co-operative too. They also have tie up with NIA and Star health ins which made it more convenient for me in terms for finances. Very much satisfied with the assistance rendered.

Worst experience. Went for first check up. But Im never going back. Its my bad not checking the review before going. Doctor didnt say a word. Lab is pathetic. They knew patient would vomit still made them drink lots of glucose water. That too after lunch. Such a nightmare.

Good hospital with all essential services relating to maternity. Dr Punitha Rajesh is one of the finest doctors with a very rich expereince. Unlike many doctors who are in a rush to have the c section done, Dr Punitha takes a traditional approach and gives periodic updates and comfort to the patients kin. Handles crisis with ease and maturity. Enforces strict discipline among staff is a wow factor :)! Courteous staff and economically feasible hospital! Other consulting doctors render great support to the patient. Will recommend this to people within the vicinity of the hospital. Great experience indeed!

The covid times dint stop the doctor from attending to her patients.The way the doctor , staff and the hospital were prepared to handle patients during the Covid times was highly appreciative.I am impressed with the personal attention given by Dr.Punitha Rajesh during the whole course of pregnancy (prenatal and post natal care).The doctor helps greatly to clarify our doubts regarding any tests to be done or the treatment. The clinic staff follow up with our appointments and treatment.However it would be great if the appointment slots given to the patients are honoured and seen at the given slot instead of making them wait longer.

I have my doubts is she a real doctor?.. its not run like a clinic at all... .. she is not even allowing the patient to explain the symptoms.. I would not recommend anyone to visit and waste money and time.. risky too..😲

Very worst experience. No proper response. I never suggest this hospital. Staffs and doctors are very lethargic. They are not seeing patients comfortable. Whenever you go doctor (Punitha Rajesh) not available. Then dont know why the hospital is running. Scanning doctor came at around 11.30 AM and eating Puffs inside the scanning room but patients are waiting outside for scanning.

Had a very worst experience. Please dont consult her for pregnancy. Very lethargic and she is not interested to hear the patients words. For every discomfort simply she will blabber do the exercise and reduce weight. Thats all nothing she will give positive words to patients. Better not to visit. Irresponsible person .

Doctors monitor admitted patients in a good way.Nurses take care of patients very well.gud hospitality and service.if someone is admitted and if that person has applied for insurance,plz give that insurance card at the start itself.they will ask advance.if u that give insurance card that time it will be beneficial for u.otherwise at the end u can only claim some amount. Hope u people understand.plz be careful in that.then both general Ward and other individual wards are gud and toilets in these rooms are maintained clean on a regular basis.out patient servicing is also gud.
