New TV came with defective remote. After many followup with the service center they delivered new remote almost 2 months later. That remote also not the same model which came with the actual package. They gave some 80s model remote and told that your order is mistakenly may delivered to someone else. If I want to return it, they will place new order for new remote. Instead of wasting another month for new remote, I said OK to live with this old model remote. Totally worst service, and disappointed with Panasonic. This is the only Panasonic authorized service center in Trichy.

Bad facility, like godown with no place for customers to sit and wait. Too much mosquitoes, especially in the evening you cant even stand there. If you have come to pick up a product, you might have to end up waiting in the car.

I purchased fridge on 09th July 2018 with 2 years comprehensive warranty... From May 2020 I am keep on following with Panasonic service center and Panasonic service HO... But till 10 months the issue in my fridge has not been sorted out... Now after a huge vain and struggle I got approval for replacement... Now they have given replacement value of the fridge Rs.18700/-.. my original fridge cost is Rs.34000/-. Moreover they wont give this amount of Rs.18700/- as a money back or credit note... They can only replace with the another Fridge which they are calculating in MRP. Now I have to pay Rs.24300/- to replace my fridge... Total cost sums to Rs.43000/-... This is not fair and this is intellegent cheat.... The same model fridge is cost about Rs.35990/-...Hence my suggestion is dont go for Panasonic PRODUCTS... service and service support from Panasonic HO is WORST.... They are very much keen on

No 1 frauds. Beware of them. They charge high and won’t give any bill. Just for 1 meter copper wire for A/C they charged Rs. 950/- in other shop, where it was just 450/- with bill. Beware of Seeni and Raj. If they come for service just avoid them. No uniforms or safety masks. They just start to install and left half way and went out saying they have some work in Pudukkottai and then came in the night and finished the work in hurry. Poor workmanship and no work ethics. They didn’t check the pressure, they just opened it and just convinced everything is right. They never listened to what we say and did by their own. Very very frustrating experience with those ill trained labors.The owner of the shop Raffiq is another fraud, where he never attends the call nor provide any bill and charges very high.Ultimately it was very annoying and frustrating experience and also they looted our money.Don’t ever go with Panasonic if you are in Trichy. You will regret greatly!!!

It seems to be the only authorized panasonic service centre in trichy and hence they are lethargic in responding back on service issues. They are courteous nonetheless. But please do ensure that you have no time constraints to get the product back after service. Oh and be ready to make multiple phone calls and reminders to merely get the status back.

Worst sevice and no response from them better choice is going to other Panasonic center
