The showroom was good not to mention staff services. Better experience and I loved it. I do recommend it to people.

Staff were really friendly. They make sure you buy what youre comfortable with and in no hurry.

One of the oldest BATA show room. Just near head post Trichy signal. It is the corner of TELC complex. They have very good collection. More varieties in ladies foot ware. Shoes collection is good. Regularly they have some offer. Mostly we can get all sizes in specific models. Rates are common to all Bata show rooms.

Checked out a few shoes and found a pretty good one. But seems being year end doesnt have much of a collection.

Staff were polite but insistence of hand sanitizer and mask were missing..even staff werent wearing one..cant blame thm cause ppl in Trichy dont seem to be bothered about mask or sanitizer..

Customer service is excellent. Peoples choice while coming to purchase of footwears. Products are above average.

Very bad quality product.the outer sole of the slipper( Rs. 800 worth ) wears off within 3 months.service in this outlet is even worser. I directly visited and registered my query regard this on October 26.,2020 and called the shop for more than 5 times. They were not responding properly. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED REGARD BOTH THE BATA PRODUCT AND THE DEALER SERVICE .

I had purchased sandals from here which were not looking great for its price (800/- Rs) but I thought it will have good quality. In less than 2-3 days straps sticky stuff got removed because of poor stitching. I had travelled again all the way from NIT Trichy to chatram and they have taken back and asked me again come after 2-3 days.So again I travelled back to get them. It was stitched ok.At least I thought now it will be good but no within a month its straps got removed from the bottom.My couple of friends got same design but it was ok for them. Its result of very poor quality control.I will never buy any BATA products in my life and will ask my friends also not to buy.

Easily noticeable from moving vehicle. No parking space available. No wheelchair access available. Plastic free initiative taken by them. U can get ur bills on your mobile if u shop in bata.

This is the best of bata show rooms in the city. Its a company owned and operated outlet. Its located in the heart of the city.Easily accessible. Two wheeler parking is available. Cars have to be parked in the cross roads nearby.Two floors and the mens section is on the ground floor. Womens and childrens section are on the first floor. Wide range of footwear to select from.Nice service too.

Un ethical behaviour with customer in store naming covid situation. Was asked to wait for 20 minutes to purchase the modal required. Store personnel raised his voice to do the billing also.

One of the busy showrooms in Trichy. Prime location. Quite a decent collection. Helpful staff. All said, getting a size 8 and 9 for women is an impossibility. I guess they dont stock for tall North Indians ☹️

First thing is those slippers in offer price are small in quantity mean to say they are not having large sizes and quality is below margin even in normal collections of shoes and slippers they are not having varieties and same story for larger sizes they regret.Second thing is I purchased by cash while returning change that counter guy gave me 2 teared ruppees which is utter foolishness ...then why u guys are having a shop in such a posh area...such a bad way of treating a customer...better try some other shop...they are cheating by giving the tag as offer for useless items..

One of the best BATA showrooms in Trichy with good collection and best customer service.

The pavement outside the shop is in very bad shape and not able to get into shop nor parking vehicle outside. Carry bags are being charged from customers. As per court ruling it is mandatory that the shops provide carry bags free. At the least the customer could be asked if he needs a bag and they will be charged for it. Sales person not very friendly, for a reputed company this is bad.

I love the cushion socks I bought here, very comfortable and worth the price.

We are getting shoes & chappals from Bata for the past 40 years for our family. They use to main their standard and quality always. But the price is always high and not affordable to common man. Nowadays no. other companies like Khadim, Sreeleather, Paragaon has come up with cheaper price. Their quality is also equally good. But Bata is not realising their declining sales and not reducing price.

Shoes are of inferior quality. I bought a sports shoes on 25th January 2019. Both of its tongues has been detached after irregular use of 3 months.
