I went to this SM and Bharathi construction for purchasing a property. I had very bad experience ,they are not customer centric and they are money focused.Customer treatment is very bad. Finally i gave up the plan of purchasing the property. please look out for better developers in Trichy for purchasing a property.

Construction poor quality very bad experience

This organization constructed a house for us near SBIOA school,Tiruchy and we have celebrated the House warming cermony on 25th November 2020. I would like to appreciate their amazing Team work for their right at time. I hope that definitely they will acheive the Goal of Top most Builder in Tiruchy. All the Best to each one working in that organization.

Really office atmosphere is good . Very genuine Builders.
