Worst Experience we have faced during our canon printer service. We need an emergency repair for our printer. But They took more than 3 days to attend a service. But for removing a single piece of paper they charged more than 600. They took only less than 5 minutes to remove a piece of paper, for that also they charged more, even though they came after 3 days. Worst service... There is no option for put 0 star thats y I put a single star.

Absolutely dissatisfying experience. Had given a printer for service. They repaired it. But, they also made scratches to the glossy body of the printer. It didnt stop there. I had given the printer in its original packaging box. But, they misplaced it. What a mess? They said that they will give me some other box. The some other box will not have the thermocol and protection like the original box. Finally after arguing, I was given a box of the same model printer. That box was some other customers box. They gave me that. It was in really bad shape, but I had no choice. If you have lost your printer box, probably its the one that they gave me!
