Receptionists attitude is not good . She responds as if she is the owner. Totally my experience with zazzle is not that great!------Well to answer you . First they did kerablast for me which was not at all proper . Due to improper application of cream my hair got curled here and there . They said that they could do keratin treatment further to it to mend the mistake . It was not at all good and experiencing severe hair fall. My hair is still curled . You guys charged me 14500 Rs . Such a poor service and the highlight part is that receptionist, she was polite when she get know the mistake was on the stylist side after that second treatment she dint even come and apologize and ask how the service was. Not at all listening to what customer says.You guys are not doing any social service for me , you are being paid for the services . Though the stylists were polite , service really dont worth the money you guys charge.

Mr depu attended me and he did exactly what I wanted and asked of him in parlours that I visited earlier they refused cutting my hair in different styles saying that my hair is thin for such cuts and I had to go away with a u or straight cut but here its truly professional I didnt hear any such remarks and job well done. Price is slightly on the higher side but doesnt matter much we can pay for good service. I felt the ambience could be improved a bit didnt get a fresh feel when I entered.
