The store staff, when I visited, behaviour was not upto the mark... I think he was the owner.. However, I will suggest this place for purchasing all the sony products.. At a single place including TV, music systems, neck band and ear buds.. Further alexa like smart products were also displayed.. One more suggestion regarding mega deals... If u wanna have major offers.. Then better to go around the official year ending month means in March.. The displayed products are available at affordable prices..

Once upon a time, its been a best place to buy all kind of Sony products. But now we need to aware the Sony products are lot more cheaper at Vasanth and co and other stores.

Well, the Sony products are good but the customer support is very cheap there..... When you call to enquire, for the sake of attending theyll jus pick the call and wont even listen... And they wont respond or get back to you..... I felt that those sales guyz dont have a mindset to make a sale....

This shop is an absolute let down.The sales reps and mangers are a bunch of cheaters, who will just sell off things to customers to just achieve their target.Recently they sold a home theatre to an aged customer who dont have much knowledge about latest technology / gadgets.When the customer was delivered the items he bought, he realised that he did not get what he wanted. So, when he tried to return, the manager did not even have the courtesy to refuse politely. Instead the customer was badly treated and started speaking contractual terms and conditions to him.So please be warned before you enter this shop !!!!They might cheat you

Recently I purchased sony 32gb steel USB for 710. But in local market it was less than450 and in amazon it is 510. To believed in sony showroom is waste of money. Instead same brand and same quality can purchased locally or online cheaper than showroom. Then How can public visit showroom if the prices have vast differences.The seller not even given bill due to server error. The price mentioned in USB is 710 but the seller says server shows 900 and now it is offer so we changed tag and bill is getting generated at old price.After purchasing i passby local stationary and found the same USB for 500 and when i check amazon it is 510.Some local shops lesser than 450.Before going showroom dont go blindly. Instead decide your item check at local and online then move to showroom. Else you will become sheep.
