Very decent service center. They were able to help me about my service issue over WhatsApp and Google pay. Didnt even have to visit in person. Unfortunately, the replacement remote that I was looking for was discontinued by Samsung, but thats not a problem with the service center itself. Would recommend Samsung for their straightforward approach.
