Pls avoid this hospital at all cost. No proper in-patient mgmt system. Social distancing norms are not followed here. Ive seen nurses w/o mask. During my visit one of the patients (unconscious) has been waiting in the stretcher for an appointment. Even vitals were not checked for her - Absolutely disappointing. No token system. Dr.RKE was very arrogant with his tone & he spoke in a very demotivating way. He literally scolded me for asking questions to him. Ive never seen such an arrogant doctor in my lifetime. Poorest service. Pls stay away from this hospital.

My Father In Law had Spinal cord surgery few days back by Dr. Vijayakumar.The Doctors and Sisters are very good, experienced and taking care of him. But the staffs in reception and pharmacy in the ground floor did not respond properly and needs to be trained well.

My mother was admitted for COVID pneumonia at Neuro One Hospital Trichy “under chief minister’s comprehensive health insurance scheme”. While the admission Receptionist forced us to pay ₹10000 to secure admission even we had explained we’re going through chief minister’s comprehensive health insurance scheme . And day after we have approached Neuro one hospital Insurance department regarding the chief minister’s comprehensive health insurance scheme and they assured we will claim your total medical expenses and we will refund your Advance payment once your claim is approved. After one month our claim is approved. Now I called and spoke to Hospital insurance department regarding refund of my Advance payment ₹10000 they said we got less amount from Government and we will not refund your Advance payment. This is totally frustrated and disappointing us with Neuro one Hospital. We’re not expecting this from Neuro one hospital. They’re cheating government and people who were been admitted Under CMCHS.

Dr. Aruna Ramani, her conversation over patients is worst. Always negatively talking to the patients directly. My father affected by Parkinsons from last 2 years. We know there is no medicines for complete curing the disease but the doctor always said directly to my father it is not curable and you will affect more, this is not good attitude

Poor quality of service and diagnosis .Recently my father in law was incompetently diagnosed as Covid without proper test or evaluation. Even inspite of a supporting CT scan taken 2-3 days back , the doctors don’t seem to have any proper evaluation and wheeled the old person to the covid ward risking unwanted infection.We discharged the patient immediately alarmed at the insensitivity and admitted him to another hospital where the relevant tests ruled him as not Covid affected.Hope atleast in future , patients are properly diagnosed and administered the right care .I felt that treating for Covid may not be their expertise.

Expensive, but excellent doctors. For consulting neurologist, the fee is 500rs plus 120es registration for first time patient, but the doctor is very knowledgeable and was gave practical advise. Instead of pushing for scans, she advised to take vitamin tablets and do some exercises. The exercise training was done by physiotherapist in first floor. With the doctor consultation and the physiotherapist included, the 500rs fee is worth it. The vitamin tablets were bit expensive for a month at rs900.

Hi i am very very disappointed to take care of patient to this hospital. I am from pattukottai and admitted my uncle for stroke. They took medicine for ten days and finally they said to need head surgery. In this ten days i spended 1.8lakhs including medical expenses. In last they do surgery finally my uncle was no more. For surgery i paid rs. 1.6 lakhs. Total amount i spend Rs. 2.4lakhs and my uncle is no more. My request is dont go or suggest this hospital to anyone. Kindly go any other good hospital. In this hospital needs only money money.

Totally it was very good Hospital.First of all the casualty,where the duty doctor was good by explaining in detail of what the problem was very politely and patiently.And they will ask us whether we want to consult our choice of doctor which is very important.And the doctors they will be very busy because there will be so much cases along.But if you have any doubt just ask them and they will answer patiently.Dont believe any rumours from outside,because in medical field the problems differ on cases,where my case was an accident case as head injury with bone crack.So dont go for second choices as they are best for neuro and head injury problems.They maintain the premises very tidy periodically and every thing is available for the attenders also within the hospital.And the staffs and nurses are very nice,experienced and polite including the hospital organiser who helped us in many aspects and there is flexibility in every aspects which is major and basic for common people.Totally recommend it.Thank you.

He was very knowledgeable and practical, The entire care process from initial intake and examinations to diagnosis and decision making for my surgery was seamless and Dr Easwaran had provided me all the details on how he is going to treat me and what options are in front of me which helped me in deciding. All the various staff at the hospital were courteous, helpful and very attentive. As part of he discharge process i was given proper instructions for medication and post-operative care. My parent was admitted for stroke symptoms.Rude staff: Worst nursing team that does not even have a courtesy to reply when asked what is medicine they are giving.Lab service is too slow and they take a day or two to provide results.

I am Muthukumaran from Thirukkattupalli. my uncle was admitted in your hospital due to Covid-19. He underwent the Treatment for the last one week. The treatment and the medication was excellent. Hence he has recovered and discharged. The Doctor Jones and Nurses in ICU and staff at the ward are awesome and worked hard. They gave their best. Very good treatment, very nice and attentive to the needs of the patients, explained all the process of the patient’s treatment and even showed me the treatment details.
