I really enjoyed the pizza but twice now I have had to wait ages past the pickup time. Probably best to get it delivered to the carpark instead of collecting as you get pushed to the back of the queue by delivery orders. Its frustrating to wait at the door and watch all the delivereasy folks get served immediately.

Stick to the pizza. It was great. As for the garlic bread it was way below average, dry and with very little garlic.

Different range of pizzas, small size is just enough for someone who doesnt like big pizzas

These guys are seriously the best! I’ve ordered food from here more times than I’d like to admit, both pick up & delivery and the standard & service is always the same regardless. For example I couldn’t find my keys one night and didn’t arrive to pick up until 15 mins after closing... but they were so incredibly lovely about it all AND the food was still as good as If it came out of the oven. They’re always super nice & have awesome attitudes, the guys who deliver are always super friendly and have a smile on their face too which make such a difference too. Hands down the best service, food and team in Timaru, and believe me when I say, I’ve tried most of them... multiple times lol

My husband and I were sooo excited to try. It sounded excellent. But the pizza, maybe it was the type?, was flavorless and all the toppings tasted like they were from a bag. Wasnt a fan and not sure we would try again even? Customer service was so good though and that is why they got two stars.

I was looking forward to Hells Pizza wedges tonight with pizza for my dinner..I went into the Timaru branch and I was told there was no wedges.. I then asked for the Gluten free garlic bread and was told there was none of that either.. so had to have normal garlic bread and no wedges which was why I went there.. some mess up with the order I was told.. and pizza.. shop was also very cold with door open.. so i sat in my car where there was a heater. Still wanting wedges..disappointed.

Hell Pizza has a new product, a stretched crust pizza which costs $2 more than the large double. Though the crust is indeed thin and crispy, the amount of ingredients gets s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d too, VERY thinly over the base. :( Thats $2 more for nothing! Save your money.Would also be very nice to have some seating whilst the drive-in customers are waiting for their pizzas.

Poor service. Over 30mins wait for a snack pizza and pasta. Poor hygiene. Not a good look.

Very poor service, an hour 15 from order to delivery, next to nothing in the side dishes as they were out of stock & 30 mins after stated delivery time. No communication, I had to ring multiple times as no one answered. Food was average & Luke warm on delivery, was told manager will contact you still waiting. Lift your game Timaru Hell Pizza.

Just okay. Really hoped it would be better. It was missing some seasoning

Outstanding service and quality!

The spinach was missing from my purgatory and I asked for olives and blue cheese, it was on the docket but not on the pizza. We asked for extra pepperoni on mordor and got peppers instead. The base was floppy on both pizzas. Not up to the usual standard.

Hells franchise in Timaru has really fallen short. Its not really worth the money you pay for it
