Worst cake ever... they write the name wrongly to manage that added additional craem on the area and wrote the name on it (while transport the additional cream spreaded all over the cake) and honestly dont believe its fresh cream cake its looks like butter cream and taste like hell.this shop is running from its old fame... dont go for this shop and customer service sollavea vendam padu kevalam.

Taste was good and I ve placed the order for birthday cake based on planet theme but they didnt do as per my specifications mentioned in order sheet although I ve sent them in whatsapp also they didnt do it properly. I asked for sun cartoon but they didnt do it and I mentioned in rocket 23 should be there but they did 3 only. Planets was not about my expectation. And I ordered cup cakes before conforming the order they didnt say we cant make the photo print it ll be costly. After cup cakes are ready they are saying we cant make what design U ve sents us. Really it was a complete disappointment. I ve payed my whole amount also. They did give a cake bag to carry it actually they dont have it.They have changed the shipment address what I sent to them. I mentioned thudiyalur but it went to gn mills and they are asking me to get from there.

We have ordered for butterscotch cake fresh cream cake in swiggy . But we got butter cream cake.. No professionalism.. Really disappointed with the product. Regretting why we chose this shop.

Very neatly maintained premises and lovely designed yummy cakes. Surely will make anyone happy who buys cake from here especially the kids.And excellent customer service. Have every price range of cakes suiting customer needs.Vehicles can be parked in front of the shop itself.

Seriously I dont want to use awful words here. But this Call for cake is a worst place to buy cake.The person from resturant called me, to ask about the writing on the cake. His tone and behaviour was in a rude manner, Impolite. When I received the cake it was just worse, it was a old cake. Such a irresponsible fools sent me a old one. Stinking and such a bad taste. I had to throw whole cake in dustbinI edited this review only to add my reply on your comment:Its not that I didnt like the taste. I know what a Black Forest cake tastes like, your cake was not in a good state of freshness when it was delivered.

The cakes which are made fresh are good, but few which are frozen seems old but ok. So check for the freshness or the cake or when it was baked before you buy it.

No proper responce.There is no proper phone call communication.But the food items are good.

Super quick response too many varieties

Recently I bought breads for me and my wife they gave me one wheat Bread (They know I am a Sugar patient ) another one milk bread .Both were good taste and nice .Cost means QUALITY and QUANTITY .They Manage WELL .So its not a Problem .All veraity of cakes are based on Orders.NEAT PLACE .INTERIOR decorations ARE QUITE WELL .

You can buy only limited varieties of cake. Please take your own bags/covers for taking cake box. They doesnt even provide a cover and paper plates.Cakes rate will be higher when compared with quality and taste. Especially they wont write the names NEATLY over the cake.Suggestion to shop : Please work on customer response. Dont be like ( ithan iruku venum na vangunga ilati ponga ). It wont help in anyway.

I had ordered a car for my sons birthday from GN mills branch. They did a great job of concept cake with fresh cream NOT FONDANT...Very neatly done and very yummy cake.Good job call for cake

It is really good... But the owner must see to one thing that the saleswomen do not even care when girls like me of 17 comes... They only handle other customers and make me wait... Thats annoying... Even Im a human being....

I called to the shop directly and ordered the butter scotch cake for birthday celebration but i received fresh cream cake, also the taste was not good. Totally disappointed and unsatisfied when we open the box while cake cutting. They charged the amount for butter scotch cake but delivered fresh cream cake.. If couldnt deliver the cake as per the Customer requirement, better dont receive the order plz.. Also they charged rs.100 for door step delivery and delivered after continuous followup.. Waste of money.
