Very poor service.....they are not responsible...wont deliver the product they received

They received my product on 8th of may 2021 I just seen it on tracking details...I didnt get it yet not even get a single cal from them... But in tracking details they mentioned it as delivered...how could they... They have to inform us right that they received the parcel which belongs to me... Without informing me they mentioned it as delivered successfully.... I just search on Google for thuckalay delhivery courier address and got this there is no phone number at all... Its for my customer if its not for me means its ok but its for other.... Please clear this issue... Or just inform us whether the parcel is safe or not....

Worst courier service 20 days took to deliver... Even tracking is so poor

Worst service, pickup is worst from them no way to contact them, poor poor service totally disappointed in delhivery

Pathetic service. They called me yesterday for delivery and the product is yet to reach my hands in spite of me residing within 1 km of their office. When called back received an irresponsible response. Would have given zero rating if that option was available.

This is the new office of Delhivery in Thuckalay. Their service is good. Scope to improve, particularly in the delivering process.

Courier service and package delivered good.

Not yet delivered more than a week since the product arrived no contact nothing
