I never recommend Thomas Cook to anyone ANYMORE. These guys are about to be closed just like their parent organization crashed in the world market due to substandard customer experience. Now the aim of these guys is to cash in as much as possible.They claim they have full refund in case you have to cancel the tour for some reason, say for example this year it was corona pandemic. But the reality is you get 0 money in return as refund, and thus your are robbed lakhs and frigged, and finally forced to go touring even during this pandemic and guess what? In a more expensive package with new itinerary which has absolutely NO INTERESTING PLACES as before they claimed in the original itinerary **From experience** NEVER TRUST THESE GUYS

These guys have NO cancellation policy. They lie about 100% cancellation refund in their schemes. If you give any money to them, its sure you are never going to get them back. My 2 lakhs are stake now.

Worst service.. staff is not professional at all..

The service here is really good. The travel agents assist you throughout the process and it is helpful mainly because they share their personal WhatsApp numbers. This mainly helps when you require assistance in a foreign country like adding money to your forex card. I have been in this situation several times and its always resolved by them.
