Very honest staff. Wife lost her bag containing money and important docs. When we called them up,they listed all the contents in the bag and deposited it safely in the next stop.we were able to collect it at the next stop.

I was traveling from Bangalore, it was the worst trip in my life. The bus was halted for 3 hours near Walayar for some silly reason. They are not even trying to go fast to make up for the lost time. They dont give importance to the time of passengers. Shame on Kerala lines. I tried to call them, but they are not picking. If they dont pick in needed time then why the number is given. I am still in the bus. The trip is still not completed. I dont no when I will reach my destination. They should give value for others time.

Very comfortable buses.. would recommend multiaxle .. slightly high price.. but travel is smooth and comfortable. Very friendly staff also.

Please never trust these people. They will give you ticket for a time and will never take responsibility and will keep you standing beside the road in mid night with your family and friends. The people talking dont even have the basic manners to handle the clients. I have been travelling to bangalore since 2005-06 in a different buses. Never ever had such a worst experience. I had doctors appointment which would have been cancelled due to their negligence. Also there was a guy with a 4 year old kid with us. You can book tickets with them and make them your travel partner making yourself prepared to wait for ever.

One of the worst bus service.... courier service is very bad...more than two times faced the same problem didnt deliver the courier at the right place mentioned in the bill....bus staffs as well as the person sitting in the office are totally Ill mannered and cultureless fellows dont know how to behave with the customers....since I wont be able give less than 1 star in Google reviews otherwise I would have given zero.....first of all plz teach your staff how to behave with the customers...

Do not book from Kerala lines. They area) not on time (about 1.5hrs late on average)b) do not have a designated boarding point (will make you wait on the side of the road, even late at night and early hours of the morning because of their ability to delay)c) do not take care of their buses ( buses are capable of breakdown quite often)A combination of the above three can happen to you or if you are unfortunate all three can happen at the same time. If you have time to spare and a lot of patience, use Kerala lines.

Great hospitality for the hosts and travelers but the only problem we had was the ride itlself was horrible. Bus was shaky as hell, agreed was not a Volvo/multi-axle. The AC and the blower were shutoff half way through the journey.The driver was so easy going and friendly to the passengers honoring lady/elderly_passengers needs for pitstops. Screw all who complains the bus was late because for that.

The bus is always late if u have an emergency in Bangalore never book this bus very horrible service and they always have a problem with luggages especially those big trolley bags they often ask us to pay extra for the luggages and keeps forcing passengers to keep their luggage’s inside the passenger area making it highly congested the office staff is pathetic they have an issue with everything and drivers always keep their speed limit no matter how late they are they never try to make up for the lost time atleast you are traveling safe thanks for that

I traveled in Kerala lines from Adoor to Bangalore in sleeper paying 2500 rupees. The bus number was KA-KA-51-AC-5234. They provide pickup from adoor to thiruvalla in a pickup van. Then onwards its sleeper. I booked a Scania multi-axle. I got into the vehicle in thiruvalla as I changed from pickup van to this so called multi-axle bus. But it was giving awful jerks and I later realized it was not a scania or Volvo, but a local one. The AC had no control and the bus driver confessed to us that he can do nothing about the AC. It wasa mortuary like feeling inside the bus. They stopped for dinner at 10:30 pm that was not too late but late. The blankets provided were so thin and flimsy, torn at some places, which by no means can provide any relief from cold.Never travel by this bus.

Worst travels of all timeI was traveling from Bangalore to Kanjirapally on the 7th of November in the AC sleeper. When I boarded the bus the conductor came and asked me where Im getting down 5 times ( not kidding) like literally 5 times. Either he was drunk or on something else. I asked the conductor what time it would reach Kanjirapally and he told me that it would reach only by 9 AM. I set my alarm for 7:30 AM and slept. The journey through out the night was very uncomfortable as the bus was speeding through all the bumps on the way. I woke up in the morning at 7:15 AM to find that the bus had reached its final destination and I had been locked inside. I woke up because of the suffocation and had to wiggle my way through the drivers exit to get out of the bus. I registered two complaints (one on red bus) through which I made the booking and also went to the Kerala lines office in Madiwala to register a complaint. I havent heard from Kerala lines even after false promises where given that some action would be taken and that I would be contacted. As far as possible kindly avoid using this travel as they do not value your life nor your feedback.

I booked Kerala lines bus from kottayam to banglore . The bus that came was good . Clean,well maintained,crew was friendly but some passengers were to noisy.Except that about the passengers everything was alright.
