Dear All,Worst worst worst agency everI put this review to show bad experience my wife had faced with this agency after scoring pretty good marks in IELTS.For them every profile is eligible for PR.These people only need money from us...its been more than 1 and half years after we entered the Express entry pool.Till now nothing happened in our PR status.When they get money from us that moment onwards they will forget their responsibilities. After all these things when we ask for our money they arrogantly tell us refund is not possible and they cut the call. A lady named Hari priya who is in the refund section took the call was very arrogant, didnt want to hear our words at all.She is well predetermined about refund and for normal people like us lost huge sum in this process.

You can see from their reviews that they are only replying to the positive reviews and those who had bad experience they dont even bother because already they got their money. I was told that time of applying we will get any reply within 1 year. After 1 year I just contacted them bcoz they didnt contact us for 1 year.dont t time they are saying that only if any updation is there they will contact us. So I understood that we have to wait for long they also cannot predict when its going to happen. So we thought of withdrawing the application. So we asked about atleast some refund(we paid around 70000). A lady named Haripriya from the refund section has took the call and spoke so arrogantly as she is the head of the agency. They dont even know how to talk to their clients.Anyway we are withdrawing our application bcoz we dont want to spend our time and life here only.

Pls prefer another agency. I have a worst experience from here. Most of the agencies are not taking registration fee but here they have registration fee. Even after paying registration fee and eligibility test done by the agency, the course reffered by them was rejected by the college for not being eligible to choose that programe. They made me believe that the course was sutiable for us. On believing them I have lost my valuable six months and money for registration, application fee etc. Even after paying full application fee even now I didnt get any response from one of the college, that whether my application was received or rejected. I strongly believe that they have not properly applied for the same. Situation was like this, I have paid the application fee of Rs.5680 and after one week I didnt get any response from college, so I contacted the agency they said some bla bla... and I requested my money back becoz the intake is about to finish and that was the time when they filed the application. Then after that college seeked some corrections. Till now I dont know whether they rectified it or not. I asked them to provide the account details but they wont give it so I cannot do any thing on my application. And I paid the amount they asked for notarization of documents, and for that , some of my certificates were not attested... But some docs were attested twice... These are my experience.... Now I changed my agency... Now its up to you... I got cheated...

I approached CanApprove, Thiruvalla in 2018. I was welcomed by one Mr. Saino and he was just amazing; Helped me out with every queries I had and was very prompt in responding to my queries every outside of working hours. I had built a good rapport with him. However for PR processing, once I had registered with them, then all the communications were made from Coimbatore office and soon after receiving the ITA, I started receiving communications from Thrissur office. From Thrissur office, it was Shalini who was helping me out with the documentation. Shalini was also very helpful during the process and used to respond to the queries we had. After receiving my ITA in June 2018, I received the first Passport Submission Request for visa stamping on December, 2018. But I had to refuse it due to change in family composition and CanApprove helped me to process those application as well. I had approached CanApprove- Thrissur Office in Kerala for my daughters VISA to Canada in the end of May 2019, i.e. after my daughter received the Letter of Acceptance / Unconditional Offer from the University of Waterloo. Since my daughter was expected to join the university in the 1st week of August, we had only 2 months time to get the VISA. We had read at many places that the process takes around 3 months and this only increased our worries. CanApprove briefed us thoroughly about the process and we learnt that in a short time of 2-3 weeks, we had to complete the documentation part by submitting various documents to CanApprove including the Statement of Purpose, then complete the Medical exam on the scheduled date at an empanelled hospital, and then after the VISA application is submitted, we had to provide the Biometric data at the designated centre. Even though the process appeared to be quite daunting, CanApprove guided us through it smoothly at each and every stage and as a result, we were successful in getting the VISA in a matter of 7 weeks! Sarika, whose service and work was excellent and realistic.Cons:The service is ok but the fees is quite high (doesnt include job assistance). It would be good if they could provide the service in reasonable rate with job assistance.
