Loved the food, especially the pizza. So excited to know theres a good pizza place that serves thin crust in Thrissur. The burgers were slightly small for my liking. We had the chicken steak and beef steak burgers although the taste was top notch. We also got potato wedges and they were the perfect size, crispiness and quantity. Cant wait to go back.

Located on Puzhakkal highway, they are a hip place! Havent tried their burgers yet, but the fries are great! Juices and smoothies are on the pricey side but they taste awesome. Customers can take a sapling that they have kept if they are interested, its a good thing to promote.The dining area is ok. Theres a really cozy closed space reserved for riders and that looks awesome.

Went there to have a good meal with my friends. The place is really a one off a kind the naturistic vibe is just awesome, I really liked the ambiance of the place. The food is also really good the burgers are really mouthwatering, really loved the time spent over there. I really think that they should pick up their pace in delivering the order fast, because they made us sit there for almost an hour waiting for food, which I think that is a bit too much, apart from the waiting ceremony it was a really good experience, and I think that its a really good place for having a good time with your friends. Loved it.

Ambience is a feel good place. But food I dont know how good is it. I have ordered normal chicken burger, its patty is different and I couldnt get the taste of patty or any filling only taste is get is Bun. Mojito they need to reduce the essence little bit.

We had to wait long for our orders to be taken.Still , they misplaced our order.But the ambience of the place is quite nice. Perfect for a evening conversation.Taste wise, I would say pretty average.

One of best place to have steak in thrissur. place is location in calicut thrissur highway near pookunnam. Chicken special steak is must try - 2 persons can have the dish, bread along with steak is small in portion. Burgers are also yummy. Price is bit high, but suggested to try if looking for different tastes.

Creamy fries with chicken and beak steak with mushroom cream is a must dry. Wonderful dining experience. Now they have car dine-in.

Dont expect too much.... I would say food taste was average , not so pocket friendly, their service was also average.

I along with my family visited The Big Bun theory, Puzhakkal, Thrissur yesterday. We reached there around 2.15PM and were initially asked to wait in the car till they takes the order because of the COVID protocol. We waited around 20 minutes for the personnel to come, however he didnt show up. Then I went to the person in charge and given the order at around 2.30 PM. My family was sitting inside our car in ignition for the order to come as it was a very hot outside. You know the petrol prices these days. We waited till 3.30PM. Nobody came to us. So I went to the same person in charge asking about the order. He said he will give the order in 5 minutes. Then at around 4PM, when he came near our car, I asked him shall we stay or go without taking the food. He told everything is ready and will serve the same in 5 minutes. Then by 4.15PM, he served the order inside the car in a car-dine in mode.After taking the burgers we ordered, nobody came to us to take neither the wooden shelf nor the remains. Because of the delay in taking order and delivering the same, I myself volunteered and at around 4.45PM I paid the bill and left. The burgers were also not up to the mark. The time taken in delivering the ordered items was around 2 hours. We actually came to The big bun theory very hungry. hence, it was a frustrating 2 hrs. Families comes to such cafes to relax and have a good time. Instead we had a very frustrating experience. I am really sorry to say that I would not revisit the place in future for sure. Dont give such experiences to customers. If more orders are there, kindly inform the customers before hand. So that they expects a long delivery time before hand.

Big Bun theory was a good try for us. I have been thinking of visiting the cafe for so long but today i got to go there. The cafe has a vintage atmosphere and look but it doesnt have that richness which was there during the initial stage. But yet it was super cool there. There was seating inside the cafe and also outside. We were seated in and it was having dark interior with warm lighting. It also had many antique pieces used as décor and palm leaf plates put through the walls which looks good. And also the outside seating is also pretty cool with some greenery and all.The main part the food. They provide bakes, steak, pasta, and sizzlers. And few varieties of drinks. The food was good enough and yeah a bit expensive bt not way too much.

The quantity was less but tasty. The stark was tht well cooked.The milkshake was barely a glass.

Great ambience especially at night. Great food menu too, unfortunately that wasnt the case when visited. They didnt have coffee or tea as the machine was complaint. Many of the items mentioned in the menu was not available too. Staffs and service wasnt great too. Maybe they opened recently thats why the issue. Lets wait and see how things are going.

Visited this place with soo much of expectation after seeing their review videos on some well known insta pages but was really dissapointed.Me along with my friends visited the restaurant today(17/09/2021) between 8 and 8.30pmWe placed the order and they kept us waiting literally for an hour and when asked about our order they acted like they just got reminded of the order and ran to their order placing room in a rush.i had ordered zinger club and chocolate shake an hour back and the service boy after 15 minutes of waiting came with a different order which was a mexican club.Somehow he admitted that it was his mistake and requested me to have the mexican club that he had came up with.Though i was very angry i did not want to create an issue and enter into an arguement as i was very hungry.He tried hard to convince me that mexican was far better than zinger club which i had ordered and it was expensive too.It is customers wish and choice to have whatever he feels like and you cant demand your customers to eat what you feel like.I had also ordered a chocolate shake which did not make its way untill i finished my club sandwich and reminded the service boy about my second order.Such a pathetic service and i did not find the food to be that great either.I doubt if these well known insta pages are getting paid for promoting such low quality places.Really sad...👎

Food is tasty but the prices are on the expensive side. I would like to appreciate their effort to bring good quality for their offerings but for the price they ask I will say that it is not worth it. I ordered a Zinger Chicken Burger and a beef steak burger. Both tasted good. But the patty was too thin and the bun was too plain for my liking. They just put the patty along with a plain bun without any fillings. For that price I can get better taste from elsewhere.PS. They do not accept card payments as of now so better carry cash or use google pay.

First thing to write about this restaurant is its ambience. In the evening sitting in the upper deck you can feel cool breeze, enjoy the scenic puzhakkal padam and have a nice snack.Even the ground floor is well maintained. The owners have taken great care in building the place by giving it old hangout place look.The food is also good and place is mainly occupied by college studentsHowever I have two suggestion for the owners. First the place is bit dirty. On the day we went there, tissue papers were lying on the floor, some places dust is accumulated which has to cleaned.Second thing the dishes name in the menu card is difficult to understand. A small note below the dish name explaining the items involved will help the customer to select the dish.

Great people, inconsistent ambiance due to flickering lights. Burger was just great. Teriyaki was my fav. Gourmet Burger was just not upto the mark. The bun is a bit dry, couldve improved. Music was good, evenings you do get lots of mosquitoe bites, be prepared for it. Would be better if the cafe could provide some insect repellent or control. Elegant furnitures,and portraits. Staffs were polite, informing and updating regarding delays in service due to the crowd, which I found very decent and mannered.NO: Gourmet Burger,Blant in flavour, bun wasnt fresh, and dried out. Not worth the price.YES: Teriyaki Burger,The perfect tangy Teriyaki sauce and a bulge of meat patty makes you fullfill your tummy and soul.Regular Drinks are expensive. Mint tea 30/- which is usually available at 10/- in the beside cafe.

It was last week I came across this one, appears to be A decent cafe which most of the people dont know about(I guess) the interior and aesthetics are done in a pretty nice way. The menu offers a wide range too. Despite the pandemic, there was a still a good crowd which was enough to fill the ground floor of the cafe.The best thing Ive noticed is ; normally in Thrissur which doesnt have much of a cafe culture ,its usual that family endsup hitting up these spots and thus making it awkward for teenagers or young adult couples. But here I had spent almost two hour and still didnt come across such boomer Vibes. Long story in short ,this would preferably be a nicer location if you are on a casual date .Now talking about the ground staff/waiters they are way too cool for this cafe. Saw them taking pictures , waiting patiently while people got looped into the long menu. Kinda professional tooOverall rating could be 4/5 (had there been a nice parking available , wouldve given 5/5)

A cafe that has everything. Good vibes,great food, amazing aesthetics,a great place to hang out. The staff are very courteous and polite. The only issue was a lack of proper parking space. Apart from that,its a very good spot to spend time with friends or with a girlfriend. I would definitely recommend this cafe.

Located right after the Indian oil petrol pump, its easy to notice.Great ambiance, good service and good food. Visit late in the evening or after for the best ambience. Ordered penne ducale and cheesy chicken fries, both were tasty, watermelon juice was refreshing and smoothies were good.P.S. They dont have a card swipe machine yet.

Post covid, a lot of places are slowly recovering... But the best way would be to do the little things really well... While its great to see these smaller establishments building back up, its pains to say that they have dropped the ball regrading quality... The burgers that I had ordered where alright nothing to really with home about... The ambiance wasnt what it used to be... But happy to note that they are taking the necessary precautions and ensuring that its hands free most of the times...

This is My favourite cafe in thrissur , they also have one in guruvayur too. This easily has the best ambience of all cafes in thrissur , you have to come at night to enjoy it at its most. Food here is awesome , BBT special Steak is my favourite , along with monarch smootie

Ambience wise its sure is vibrant...to hang out its definitely niceBut the food is not upto mark... had ordered pasta fusion and chicken steak club sandwich... the pasta fusion did not have any soul, while the club was bland.....Gud for a fast grab of snacks..

Its open air so hot during the noon. Place is dusty owing to the fact that its next to busy traffic and the adjacent road that is not tarred. Service is slow 45 min for 3 dishes but hopefully that is because they are cooking it fresh
