Restaurants looks very inviting from outside and also the interiors. But food is not up to what we expected. We were a group of 14 who came for lunch and at reception itself the receptionist ladys behaviour was rude and made us waited for more that half hour for our table. After we got our table for the food it took another 20mins to be served. Food was also not up to the expectations.

An upscale place with separate section for Chinese, Arabic and Indian. Found price for non-veg. items slightly overpriced although veg. dishes we ordered were found to be reasonably priced and were tasty too.If you are going during peak hours, you could considering reserving as the place tends to be full during lunch and evenings.

You pay just for the place not for the food.We ordered the following Alfam , One lamb dish, Chappathi, Fried Rice, Paneer Butter Masala, Chicken Stew, Appam, Beef Roast , Tea, Coffee, a Baby Corn starter and a Mushroom StarterBaby corn starter, tea and coffee were really good.Appam, Alfam, Chicken Stew, Beef Roast, Mushroom starter etc were OKKubboos was really bad and substandard. It was like dry chappathi.Chappathi (25Rs) was also equally bad. I have no idea how can they make a chappathi bad.Fried rice was the worst I ever had in my life.Paneer Butter Masala was too salty, so we had to leave it.Will never visit again for sure.But one other good thing is that , felt like they are using quality ingredients for the dishes that we ordered (Not sure about sea food though).

Today, One male servant asked me whether Im an kannupottan(കണ്ണൂ പൊട്ടൻ) for wearing a cooling gas. Tell that male servant to behave properly. Hes a servant, not a doctor. Food was good, i had fried rice and paneer butter masala.

This is an upscale place where the interior and the ambience is spot on.Different restaurants are set up inside and they do have a party hall which can occupy 25 persons. The food here is expensive and not worth the money. Went there 3 times and the food kept disappointing me. The staff was friendly and open to criticism but couldnt provide tasty food either of the times. Wondered if it was the problem of my taste preference, but nope, many said the same.

Food is good ; authentic dum biriyani. Delicious veg curries, great ambience; although service is very poor. People waiting the tables are not professional at all. You expect a certain professionalism from waiters when u go to such a restaurant which claims they are the biggest restaurant in kerala but was disappointing. These people need to be trained well. Also not kids friendly. I took my 26 days old infant and they didnt have cradles or anything of that sort and we had troubles with that; and saw few similar families in the same situation. These are the two things which I felt they can improve on.

Food tasted very normal. Visited for dinner of a weekday ,ordered for Sparkle chicken as they recommended and then malabar biryani but it tasted very average. We dinned 4 Adults and 1 infant, the restaurant manager (Aged around 45 with specs) refused to provide corner sofa set with useless reason, the restaurant is not even half filled. Ambiance is the only factor appeared good to me otherwise not worth to visit.
