Went to this Lab to do RT-PCR test, did my test in the morning and got my result by evening. Friendly staff and good service. They should just do something to mange the crowd queuingoutside, as no social distancing followed in the queue outside the lab.

Good service but i took 1hr 15min in queue just for paying bill. There is only one computer for billing and data entry. So very long and time consuming service

A very bad experience with my RTPCR with this group. We have contacted the lab on 19th Aug to book an RTPCR for 20th. This was for overseas travel purpose. We were assured that the lab will be open on 21st Aug (Thiruvonam day) from 9AM to 12 Noon to collect the result and the original certificate. On thriuvonam day , I was there 3 times in the morning to collect the certificate nobody turned up.. I called their mobile and no one was answering. There were a few other people also waiting to collect their certificates as these guys said the same story to everyone. Finally we had to leave to the airport 12 hours before the flight to get us tested again at the airport. Careful if you are doing RTPCR /medicals here for any travel purpose.

Horrible response times,we came here at around 11:30 and they denied service as they said it was their lunch break. And when the opened, it had already passed their break time and was around 2pm.Terrible experience, find any other lab
