Such an irresponsible and unprofessional staff.Today i did an Antigen test and was a promised result by noon, though it takes only half an hour to get a result for the same. Now when i called up they are saying it will be delivered only tomorrow.One month back when they did an RTPCR they emailed the result.Now they wont do it and has to continuously call them for the result. Hope they learn their lesson soon.

I faced very bad service today from the clinic..They gave appointment on 2pm and after reaching the clinic they said they cant take antigen test after 2...Only trunat test can take after having conversations with the staffs they agreed to take antigen and said need to wait due to lunch hours..1.30to 2.30 is the lunch time and till 3 no staff came to test and 8people are waiting for testing in testing area..I am rating this review by waiting for test....Really poor service to the people...I dont knw how much time need to wait...still waiting

Very bad service ,so irresponsible and lack coordination ,I took an appointment for home sample collection for the next day ,they said they will collect it afternoon,nobody called or came ,again called and fixed the time for eve, got a call from the lab and said its cancelled ,another person said he will collect at night ,it was supposed to be taken in that particular day but it didnt happen .
