I dont recommend anyone to go to this place for the authentic Bata or Hush Puppies products. The shop has got very few varieties and most of the footware are of different brand (both men and women). But, there are good collection of other brands. Above all, the staff seemed helpful and customer friendly. Parking may sometimes be a problem if you are coming by car. And, if you are looking for bata accessories ie shoe polish and brush, lace etc, its not available. But, there is one original bata showroom nearby where you can get everything- High Road, Near Thrissur District Hospital.Note: Better come by bike or use your legs. No parking facility here.

Selected a sandal and asked for next size and a color change, sales man gave a mens sandal instead of ladies knowingly. Very pathetic customer service, poor collection. Waste of time too!!!

Very bad product received. After one month of use the product is having full of stretch marks and folds.DX is not even a brand in internet. I was told that it is an imported one and this is marketed by BATA. But I even couldnt find a marketing tag on this. But I am convinced that it is a BATA product during sales.(Might be a BATA product. Dont know the genuinity)They mentioned that there wont be any stretch marks on this while daily use. They have charged me Rs 3000 even without single discount. Thinking it is of first quality I have paid full amount.Now 1 month is over after purchase. It seems like an old one now. Full of folds coming on the leather.1) When I get back to check on this, the manager is telling folds and stretch marks will come for all leather shoes. Then why I was misguided that folds wont come in this brand?2) I was told that this brand can be used for 3 years and now once after sales they are saying they are promising only one year life.Again misguided????
