Good rooms, good bathroom facilities

If I had an option of giving no stars, I would. Compared to YWCA all over India. This is by far the worst. Starting from judgemental staff to terrible structure of rooms.1. No cupboards to put clothes.2. BROKEN door handles for bathroom.3. Two fans in room, only one working.4. Fan regulators only work on a set mode5. Plugpoints for sight and not use.Its terrible for people working.So, I guess I am paying for the garden alone here.

Even though the place is neat and food is somewhat adjustable, the management is treating you as if you are in an orphanage. At this time of Corona issue, they suddenly asked the inmates not to come to the hostel for the next 20 days without prior notice..( I mean even without a day). The front office remains closed the same day and nobody was there to address the concers of the inmates. What I am trying to say is, if there is no problematic situation, they will collect the fees and provide you accommodation. Once a problem like Corona arises, they will collect the fees, but will ask you to go home without any second thought. No parking facility and separate fee is charging for mobile/ laptop charging. I have never seen such an irresponsible management.

My wife is staying there. As there are no other place to stay she is staying there. Only advantages are that Thrissur YWCA is in the middle of the city and there is good security. Food is very waste. Even the cattle will not eat it. The management thinks that they are giving a free service and the behaviour towards the inmates is like that towards beggars.

Good food. But no plug point in any room. Just one common plug point. And rent is also high for working women

Very rude and irresponsible desk out there...they treat inmates as if they are providing the services for free..!!!I wont suggest this hostel to any one unless for staying there just for a single day.

Managment is not friendly..even it being a womens hostel there is no back up for power failure

The Registration desk people are very rude and unhelpful. I went for an admission for my sister and they were awful to us. Sunday closed -btw if you are planning to get an admission please dont go on a Sunday. And beware of the food.

People at enquiry desk are so rude...when I made a call to get the details about the rooms and rates they were yelling at me as if they were providing everything for free...very unprofessional 👎
