I ordered a thali. Rice seemed very spongy. In Sweet kheer was unbearable was happy not to eat it. Place seems like, gets very less response. Small things matter while it is made modernly.

Very nice location. Ample parking space near the restaurant. The food is nice and reasonably priced. The main attraction is the nice and clean washroom. Washroom is approved by my wife.

This place was closed for a while in 2019. The placed was restarted by a local gentleman from 7th Feb. I must say that the food is nice for the price you pay. The rates of this place is regulated by IRCTC. The server (karan) was very nice and well behaved. Also, surprisingly, washroom was clean.PS: water bottle of kinley is 15 rupees. :-)

Bad team of manages and staff.very dirty rest rooms. No proper customer service. Wierd manager with replies like.... This is how the rest rooms would be.... Use it or dont use it.... Low cost food for sure.... One serving staff who takes no interest in serving guests. Dirty dressing. All in all a bad experience as compared to other IRCTC plazas. Need intervention and improvements.

Khan Bhais place is a mast place to enjoy halal non-vegetarian food.

It is a good option for food at a reasonable price.They have fair variety in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. If you are staying nearby you can count on this for your meals.I have tried Daal Fry, Paneer buttermasala, tandoori chicken , Veg Thali and Veg chowmein.The taste was more than average.

I had a brief stopover at I r c t c food plaza kathgodam in the morning of 28th October 2018 for breakfast. The plaza is in side the kathgodam railway station near the main entrance gate and can be seen easily from the main road. Ample parking space. Although the name is I r c t c plaza but it is run by some franchise.They mentioned many items on the menu for lunch breakfast and dinner but very limited items are available in breakfast only bread omllett and paratha was available.There is lack of staff also. The person who took order the same man prepares the food the same person works as a cashier.Parathas were big in size and served with curd and pickle but tasteless.Rates are reasonable.Efforts are needed for improvement.
