They charge exorbitant for repair. They try to mislead people using big big terminologies. Initially they said my AVR main transformer is burnt, so I asked him not to repair the set as the repair he estimated was almost 40% of the original cost of the AVR. Then he changed his word saying he will check whether some protection mechanism is there for the transformer.Finally on the next day he said there was protection mechanism well inside the transformer and reset that he was to disassemble the transformer. I cannot believe Yamaha like people will design such system. Any he delivered it repaired, after charging hefty.

Great job!! Highly recommended for the timely service. They repaired my ONKYO HT-558 AVR. There was no sound output from the AVR.But their service charge was little bit high. The disappointment I had that they didnt give me the old parts (IC) that they replaced with new one. I asked the damaged chip but they rejected my request.
