Very bad experience from the sales team. Executives are well trained to misunderstand the customer about the delivery. Once the amount is paid they twist the truth according to their wish. Kindly be vigilant about the delivery procedures of new two wheeler. They are not even ready to do a proper explanations about the vehicle during the delivery time. They just do it for a formality. Kalyan was a very bad dealer ever i met with.

They hides many facts when we enquire about a model. If we need finance, they will direct us to an executive from finance company. Even if we ignore the fact that interest rate is too high, ie 12% flat, the executive will not reveal full details, including the fact that there is a processing fees. Only on my repeated insistance, he revealed the loan amount.. In short, totally a negative experience.I had bought my existing 2 wheeler earlier from Kalyan, 11 years ago. It was nice experience at that time it was just in that memory i went to kaltan, which is far away from my residence, ignoring the dealerships in between.. Totaly negative experience.....

One of the worst customer service, they really dont like to service the bikes , there is always an excuse form them, they dont even like to sell the bikes , please find any other service center if you can ☺️

Very bad service from your executive side... I purchased bike from here April 21th now the date is may 30th but the delivery not yet done. The lockdown started in keral 8th may. They have more than 17 days to give delivery to me.... But they didnt......Always saying some silly excuse....... i will never ever recommend any one to purchase from here . The most worst part is the exicutive doesnt nothing about Customer handling... And the highlight part is i am not only the person facing this kind of problem from your side..... Shame on you kalyan mobikes........

My bikes rear monoshock is complainted before one month, and I immediately orderd it. I have not recieved it yet, and its not ridden for a month.

X pulse200 Very bad .. The battery went out on the third service .. With that, it would take a month for the battery to come when Puzhakkal Kalyan went to the Hero showroom. I disconnected the battery and gave the bike away. The situation now stands in the way

Customer interaction is good. Gets the job done. Costs as usual as you expect from a service center. I needed many works to be done by a day and they delivered bike after service by a day.

Bad brhavior stafs

I had my Hero passion bike breakdown today and brought bike there by walking about 3 km. But the service team denied for service without checking the problem. I was totally disappointed. Its a brand service center and they were not ready to help their customer. There is no emergency service team or anything like that. They will only service you if you have pre-booked appointment. That was totally disappointment for me.

Five stars....... Had an issue with our newly bought Passion Pro. We were so lucky to get Mr. Murali (service manager) online on a Sunday. He was very polite & professional. Advised us to bring the bike on the next day to their Puzhakkal service center.Their tech team identified the issue and kept the bike under observation for a few days. We were given frequent updates. Now the issue is completely resolved. Special thanks to Kalyan Hero team. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!!!

Good dealer but there is a delay in delivery dates committed which is purely due to lathergy of staff not because they are out of stock.. temp registration paper movement is too slow there
