Brilliant service. Ordered over the phone to collect and was hardly even a 5 minute wait and even then I was apologised to. I was then asked how I would like my pizza and was even asked if it was cooked to my liking when finished. The food was gorgeous and no complaints. Really polite too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY!!! Not even worth 1 star! Order was delivered with items missing. We contacted the restaurant who said they would speak to the driver. The driver called and was adamant the items missing was in the delivery. I then called the restaurant back, no apology give, no explanation. They said they would sent the missing items out, they never arrived! Meal was ruined. Absolutely shocking. After reading other reviews online this is clearly an issue for most people..I’m guessing the delivery driver has a massive feast every night at our expense!!

You get good food and bad ones and I rate this as a good one. Made a big order and nothing was missing and everything tasted how it should. Only downside is all the bins where full and people where leaving rubbish at the side of them.

Donner was fine but with not too much meat, fries taste like they were fried twice, very soggy, service really poor. They didnt pack all order, when we get home and check there is something missing (for about 5.50£) we call them straight away- not more than 10min. They told us that if we already unpacked food we cant expect to get what was missing and hang on. Really rude, highly not recomend.

If I could give this ‘restaurant’ a 0 star rating I would, a significantly large order was placed and several items were incorrect and/or missing. After calling the shop to explain the problem they hung up the phone and then on the second call back (on another phone as they were ignoring the initial phone number) they said they would not send what they missed and hung up again. It’s a shame as the food was okay however the customer service is enough to put you off ordering from here ever again! Absolutely disgraceful!

What a joke of a place. Ordered on Uber eats so the whole order is printed in ink so youd think there would be no issues with the order. Well when delivery arrived things were missing, salad on burgers when instructed not to. Rang up to explain they had the order wrong and they hung up on me. Had to then use a different phone as well hey would refuse to answer me and again they would not help or offer anything in a way of an apology. Now having to go through Uber eats to get a refund

Went here last night and it was by far the worst kebab meal I have ever had, it was a chicken Donner with chips meal, I would say that 70% of the meat was burnt and there were three pieces where half of the meat was cooked and half of it was raw. I should have taken it back but Im not confident enough to do that.

Ordered been waiting for a full hour no sign of the driver told the driver had came but he didnt as didnt see him on the camera food had to send the driver out again . Got the food all cold also added opinion which they didnt even ask if I wanted them on my food

Very unprofessional would not recommend!When the food arrived, we were missing two meals, we called central up and the staff on the Phone was rude and refused to send the two meals out and accused us of lying.We had proof on the receipt that we had paid for something we didnt receive!! They kept putting the phone down, it was disgusting behaviour. They have no customer service skills, and received no apology for getting the order wrong. After being persistent they finally brought the two missing meals but was cold. Disgusting customer service and below average food!!

I am really so sorry but i will never order at this place again. I have worked in restaurants and really understand the tiredness after a hard days work. But rudeness is not a very nice thing. The driver allowed himself to leave with my order after asking for explanations, when I as a woman, I asked why he did not deign to answer and only addressed my boyfriend asking if he wanted the order . Not only was the quality very poor but also an occurrence so never again. Honestly you have lost 2 regulars.

The worst takway ever, i wouldnt recommend even if i get paid to order from this takeaway. Absolutely terrible customer service, very rude. I have order through uber a 9 inch pizza and before checking out, it showed me an offer of upgrading to 14 inch for only 2.5 lound extra. When i placed the order, ive called tge restaurant to check and they told me in a very rude way, this offer is only to upgrafe to a crusty pizza base. And they refused to change it. Absolute scam and deciveing.

Not recommended. I had waited for half an hour for expected receiving the food but the food never arrived. I called the restaurant, the guy asked me to pay for taxi delivery by cash or else to come and collect myself. The service was very bad and rude. Please dont waste time to order food here. Went in there few minutes ago to get some food. It was open but people who work there didnt bother taking my order so I just left.What a sad place, wont be going back there.The place smelled kinda funny also.

Gave them an honest review on just eat. Driver gave me the order instead of leaving it at doorstep. Large kebab was much smaller than regular ones from other takeaways. Large chips were a small portion too. All tastes very bland. Then they decided to reply to my just eat review stating that I got what I deserved for the price 🤣 And telling me my phone was switched off when it wasnt, the guy rang me and said it was on my doorstep when actually it was with him parked outside in the car and he didnt get out his car to give me order until I opened the door 🤣 alsp told me that they dont need customers like me. very rude, very terrible food and very small portions. Do yourself a favour and do what they said in their reply to me - cook your own food in your own kitchen.Just avoid them 🤣

I have to say that this was the worst takeaway I have ever had the misfortune to sample. Our order took over 1 hour to arrive and when it did to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The Pizza was barely warm it was like cardboard and had no flavour at all, the donner kebabs was like shoe leather. There was no salad with our order and finally the cups were cold soft and tasteless.I could in no way recommend this takeaway not even to a homeless person I would rather starve than try this rubbish again

I dont wanna waste my life writing reviews of bad service but this one is owed to the public!A few weeks back i placed an order here which never arrvied. Trying to claim a refund proved impossible and they said i had failed to answer the front door (In work on a hotel reception desk, from which i do not move for the duration of a shift) which is nonsense. They also didnt attempt to contact me in any way, despite both a landline to the hotel and a mobile number being provided.I went to the restaurant to try and have a polite chat and get my refund, the manager was really rude, swore at me unprovoked and threatened to come to my house and harass me. I just left, he clearly needs the tenner more than I do, and honestly after seeing the state of the place I am glad my food didnt get here, there was a half inch of grease on every surface and i watched a man wipe his nose on his bare hand behind the counter.I wrote an honestly terrible review on just eat, to which theyve recently responded stating all kinds of nonsense about having sent me food in a taxi and that the restaurant was closed when i called to ask where my food was, this is again just made up. The order was placed early afternoon, expected arrival 18:55.I dont honestly care about getting a refund anymore, i dont intend to order here again, but as i now cant reply to their JustEat response, im just posting here instead to let the world know this place is a dump. Wouldnt feed the manager/owner if i had to watch him starve to death in my own kitchen.Oh and when i went to complain their delivery driver was taking fries off a customers order with his hands, then proceeded to box it up and deliver.To the owner: If you want to contact me, simply reply here or I am quite happy to pop in any time. You have my home and work address after the last exchange and two phone numbers even though you have told me you dont have them I know and can see that you do. We ordered hot food and cake for 3 people (was £8 just for cake, but got the wrong ones) and they forgot half the hot food. We rang twice asking to pay for extras so could still get the missing food delivered no too busy, next time - There wont be a next time!! Will let people round here know how we got treated and had our money taken for nowt whilst 2 of us went hungry and had to make do with some dried up chocolate cake, thanks Central!

Never expericed donor meat that’s tases like this in my life. Like pungent sour meat. This is what I imagine someone’s household pet to taste like. I feel like I just bit into a tiddles the house cat. Words cannot describe what this tasted is. Never tasted sour meat in my life. Also asked for salad and all I recieved was tiddles and a pitta. Would not recommend.

Ordered home delivery- 2 portions of donner meat and chips, 2 slices of cake! Asked seperate ketchup and garlic mayo.Food turned up in 30 min, donner meat was like its been dried out. And no ketchup or garlic mayo. Food ended up in bin. Shame I was full of cold and felt so bad I couldnt drive take it back.Terrible food £13 in total.Dissapointing.

I say this is in genuine and painful sincerity; this was without a shadow of a doubt the worst pizza Ive ever tasted. Scratch that. That pizza was the worst takeaway food Ive ever had the displeasure to ingest. As a matter of fact, me and my housemates felt inclined to cleanse the doughy heathen with fire as to banish it back to the deepest part of hell, the place of its godforsaken forgery. Im actually genuinely impressed they actually managed to make a pizza taste that bad, perhaps the chef will be drafted into Guantanamo Bay as a torturer? Undeniably 1/10 pizza, would not buy again... Chicken was OK though.
