Very very bad quality of products and services provided here... I had to get the keyboard of my Lenovo laptop replaced in Oct 2020.. in less than 3 months that started giving issues and so I went back to them.. thankfully that was within the warranty period and so they replaced it for free in Jan 2021.. But I was asked to pay a service charge AGAIN! For something thats their fault, why should I pay service charge again? Anyway, I did it because I didnt want to cause any trouble... Now its May 2021 (4 months later) and the keyboard has conked out AGAIN!!!!!! And they wont replace it for me! RIDICULOUS!!!!I also ordered an HP wireless mouse from them in Oct 2020.. That wasnt working either and I had to get it replaced in Jan 2021...Southern computers charges a BOMB for their sub-standard products and services... They charge customers the full price for SUPPOSEDLY ORIGINAL parts, but fix up the laptop with duplicate parts... I see no other reason why an original Lenovo keyboard would conk out TWICE in a matter of 7 months!!!!Please dont ever go to Southern Computers if you want good quality products and services... Unless you dont mind spending a lot of money for duplicate parts... Then please go ahead!

Very bad customer service after sales. I purchased two PCs from Southern and Im totally disappointed with them. They promoised me on-site warranty, software support etc. After one month whem I went for support, they told they dont recognise me and havent given any promises like that. I had get it fixed myself with my own cost. Only one month old laptop! This is a warning to those who are looking for a laptop, avoid Southern as possible, dont fall into traps like these. There are many other good showrooms, go to them. All the beat!

Really really bad service. It has been almost 4 weeks since I gave up my laptop for servicing. Innu tharum naale tharum athinu ee problem aanu matte problem aanu ennokke paranju ivanmaar kidannu urulaan thudangi naal kure aayi. 2 weeks il repair cheythu tharam ennu paranjatha. All the staffs seem really cheaters and full udayip. Samsaram maathrame ullu. Absolute waste.
