Printer services are good, while desktop service are minimal.Chip level service of motherboards are absent. For anything like battery health check and replacement .... this is ok.

Not 5 marks in any case. They didnt have a colour cartridge for checking, the one I was having was told as faulty and so couldnt check the serviceability of the colour cartridge side of the replaced carriage.

Utterly pathetic..rude and bossy.. Paid 2.5k for dell laptop servicing and faced the same issue exactly after 12 days and person was asking to throw the laptop and wasnt ready to take any responsibility. Truly unprofessional people without any knowledge and ethics. Gutted!!
