Good & Best Service received for my computer complaint

Earlier the place used to be excellent for computer/laptop service, I was their regular customer, but recently I had a bad experience in servicing my laptop keyboard...even though they said it will only take two days and took one month thats ok; we can assume that they didnt get the spare on time...but my laptop body was ruined by them on servicing due to lack of experience or negligence and they didnt even paid a discount or compensation...formerly they said its because of virus and did a format and later found its the mistake of keyboard...charged for both...I will never turn back to this shop again...
