Really a worst experience in dealing with the staffs in marthandam branch, they give false commitments and take a lot of time for very simple query, people dont trust these kind of agencies, the manager here is always on leave whenever i try to contact.. When i tried reaching the regional office for escalating the issue about the manager not responding properly to my queries, they people from regional office tells me that there is no such facility, i really wonder what type of company is this... Pls my request is that the company should have a proper customer support and grievance services
