Good quality food and service. Affordable prices too.They serve food( tiffin/ lunch) on normal days also. Their snack items are also worth buy.

Had thiruvonam sadya. Very disappointingPayasam was good. But curries were stale.

[ Based on 2021 onam sadhya experience ]Food tastes average, quantity of items given makes it seem like a rip off, most of the items given went stale very fast.Had pre-ordered onam sadhya(₹200/person), when we went to collect it there was a huge line with 30+ people, had to wait 2.5 hours from 9 to 11.30 to collect it. We were told everyone even those who pre ordered had to wait in line, but there were others who skipped line saying they had coupon (which was not told to us, we had specifically enquired)They had made sadhya for 5000+ people, but were understaffed and no arrangements for distribution were made. Only after a heated argument broke out did they even start giving token numbers ( that too after 1.5 hours).Ordered Onam sadhya for 20 people,What was given could be hardly served to 5 people, 13+ items were promised under sadhya, hardly 7 items were given, 2 payasam was included, instead of parippu payasam 4 litres of puli-inji was given (enough to last till next Onam :/ ).If youre thinking of ordering sadhya so that you could spend less time in kitchen and more time with family, think again, all the time saved from kitchen will be wasted waiting in line. Worst 👎👎👎👎. I wish there was a dislike star too.. palada payasam was spoiled. Wen we went back there and talked to them their customer dealing was also horrible. Never waste ur money and time.very bad experience.

16/8/2021- I ordered onam sadya for 11 people.Below average sadya.Payasam less than 500ml.Still charged 180/- per head.

Palada payasam was a waste

Their Palada pradhaman is awesome. Try out their sadhya and inji puli as well - simple yet great taste.If you are in need of typical sadhya items, call them i the morning so that they would advise if items are available. You could accordingly go and collect whatever you need. Home delivery is arranged if there are more than 25 plates or more (Pls check with them). They are very approachable and have been around for long.

Pathetic service..had already booked and ordered the so called ONAM kit at 300 rs EachIrresponsible and poor managementMade to wait in que for more than two hours and the worst part is despite all the struggle half the things in the kit are missingSimply Money oriented people ..complete mismanagement of things ...This review is real life experience around 20-30 people in the que today even senior citizens had the same experience..police had to come to get things in order still the net result is u hv take watvr they gv and pay full..Don’t order anything from these people !!
