I just wanted to try their new double down burger and my review is strictly on the same item.Dont get deceived by the looks of double down burger ( just like any other item at KFC or any other chain).Few pieces of onion, letttuce, some sauces here and there in between chicken breasts. Thats it. Felt the chicken to be undercooked as well.Plenty of scope for improvement.

Seems like they are not selling authentic kfc recipe. Even the saltiness is not induced inside the meat! So pathetic, even a local restaurant serves better tastier fried chicken. Counter staffs are rude and not serving by the token number.

This KFC outlet is located in the selex mall which is very near to the east fort junction. Just like any KFC outlet. The place is kept tidy and neat. Menu and price are the same as every outlet. Staff are very courteous and helpful. There is enough parking space available.

Very poor , not even one burger was cooked properly , we had remove the chicken then eat the burger. when i called customer cafre none of them knew malayalam they ONLY knew hindi and english.

Me and my pets got food poisoning after having food delivery from KFC. NEVER ORDER!! once i got hair in chicken and since then i never went KFC. It Was A Good Branch Of KFC.

The only thing is the gravy in the rice was less.. N the size of the leg piece is as compared to what we get in Pune KFC is small and they dont have leg piece bucket had been there twice for the same.. Ambience is good and spacious..

Ordered via Swiggy! The hot and crispy chicken was either of what it claimed to be. The chicken tasted like it was made a day ago and reheated in a microwave just before being shipped. The zinger burger was edible and the small piece of chicken in it tasted wokay. My last order from KFC at Selex mall.

KFC is a MNC fast food chain of restaurants. They served Fried chicken and similar flavoured American fast food. Fairly maintained inside. In-dining is available but have to self-serve after paying for food. The kitchen is visible from counter and well maintained.

Came to this place and placed the order.. the staff were pretty rude and were making a ruckus in the place. I can admit they were only 5 or 6 people but when I enquired about my order, I was blatantly ignored. I made a take away but the staff served me was not bothered to close the container box, they simply put it in a carrybag and handed over. Even the mionise container was not closed properly. As they are taking almost double profit out of each order they should take care of packing also.

I ordered a bucket and the taste was good but the chicken was not hot (it was room temperature)as like theyve made it in the morning and served it on 4 o clock.

Nice place to hangout. The place is kept well hygienic. The dine in space is good. But due to this pandemic condition dine in is not allowed. The price and quality is good. Good service also. There is a large parking space. There is also online delivery through Swiggy, Zomato etc.

I am sorry to inform KFC that I am not happy regarding the home delivery radius ( home delivery coverage) from your shop. It’s really very sad that only who are nearby your outlets , only those can get the home delivery. The other 3rd party’s are not allowed to pickup the orders ( not allowing KFC ) to have the home delivery at some other locations.If KFC do reconsider below points , will be appreciated.KFC must have minimum home delivery radius 10km which will be helpful to lots of people and allow 3rd party to take the orders such as Zamato / Swiggy etcccOne of a loyal customer,RegardsVysakh

This is the most visited KFC outlet in Thrissur. the other one is inside Sobha Mall.One big inconvenient feature of this KFC outlet is that the seating area is at top floor. Which means we have to give order, wait for the food, and carry it by climbing the stairs to the second floor. Be careful not to spill your drink 😅. Other than that its just a usual KFC outlet.

Had the misfortune to eat fried chicken and chicken burger at the KFC Selex mall outlet in Trichur today. The fried chicken was extremely crisp as to cause injury to the mouth and was tasteless. The chicken did not seem to be of good quality. The burger was sour. I have tasted better food at this outlet. Cannot understand how the quality dropped so badly . Will not eat from there ever again.

KFC Please Update Your Serverwhen I try to order food through KFC website using my account it shows that Sorry your KFC showroom is not accepting any online orders. And this particular message showed me at the time of payment, due to this my brother had waited more than 45min in Thrissur for collecting the order. funniest part is that after 45 min waiting server was not ready and showroom employees helped us for placing the order. some orders like ultimate savings bucket(which I ordered) were only available through online orders and KFC is not maintaining their server for placing the order. I didnt expected this kind of attitude from KFC. 3rd time Im facing this same issue.

The taste is bad.. I was having it after a long covid break.. hot wings are like normal ones and doesnt have it spiced..This branch took around 30 minutes to get my ordered food..too much delayed...

Staff Behaviour is good

Horrible quality of food. There was absolutely no seasoning on the hot wings. We ordered for a extra dip which was also not delivered. Very very dissapointed.

Due to the covid Pandemic, a few delicious bewerages, Coleslaw etc not available. Counter staff are doing their job with usual smiles and friendliness. More attention required for social distancing in peak time.

Good food. The price is very low as the GST is only 5 %. Also the place is clean and tidy. The atmosphere is good and the view is great. Customer service is really good. For me there was no wait, once I ordered the meal they brought it really fast. The place is very elegant. KFC in selex mall is easily reachable as it is situated in the main area. It is easily noticeable from the road. If you are driving a car remember this, getting inside the selex mall is easy but getting out is very hard as the traffic is so much and you cannot get into the road. So better be on a motorcycle.

I give ZERO stars to this KFC at 2021 because I ordered to take wake, they are not properly providing items, my order No. K151W28944 value of 1296.47 some items missing like Island dip, masala, and salt. Food generally good. Staff somewhat indifferent to service. Be sure to check your order to make sure everything is there if youre getting take out, often something is missing.Last time my order was in two bags, the girl working there only gave me one, insisted that was the whole order. I had to make her check it again before she corrected it. Then when we got home, there was no chicken in the rice bowl, and a side of large fries was missing! So take a minute to check everything if you can.
