Good Indian collection

I purchased a kurta for my sister from Fabindia,Thrissur today. The staff was kind enough to inform me that due to COVID 19 pandemic theyll not be able to replace or take back any products that they sell.However, I decided to go on with my purchase decision carefully and made sure that the product I purchase is not a defective one. Once I get it billed and came back home but found out that the particular piece of Kurta I received had horizontal dirt lines on the front and back of it (images are attached with this review).Kurta was the same but it is possible the somehow they switched the genuine product with a defective one right before the billing secession without me noticing it. I tried contacting their official number but it wouldnt respond.P.S. CUSTOMERS PLEASE be aware that FabIndia, Thrissur, is utilizing COVID 19 situation to sell off their defective products for a preimum price without the customer knowing about it. Please check the items youve purchased before and after the billing session.

Had to waste lot of time as the selected item could not be billed and had to go for something else.

Worst experience ever!!! I have been a frequent customer for this shop for almost ever and me and my family enjoyed shopping there for every functions we had big or small, I had an enquiry and I called them today Saturday ( 20th Feb 8.36pm and they didnt pick up) .it was urgent and When I saw the shop was still showing open on google I went there reached by around 8:48 pm , gate was half closed, I was not planning to enter the shop but wanted have a word with one of the staff who shooed me away he was very rude with his action and didnt even ask me why I was here , removing this place from list for now. I know this review doesnt do much to raise the service standards of the staff, but if any manager or the franchise/shop owner happens to see this post who invested so much and loose Business due to such rude/incompetent staff they have the right to know !!Thank you

Overpriced a bit, and somewhat old collection in stock. Not what you would expect from a quality brand like fabindia. However there are good collections for perfumes and jewelleries. Few good staffs who know the customers needs, but the rest look dull and is least bothered about it.

Class and good quality . But expensive

This store of FaB India is quiet unique as it is operated inside a traditional villa of Kerala. This store is not easy noticeable as it is in a sub road. They have all collection just like in any other store of Fab India.The most famous landmark for this store is Jublee Mission hospital.

They cheated my friend by giving a defective product after purchase and now they wouldnt even take it back. Very disappointed to see such cheap tactics.
