Loved it. Huge collections from major brands available, wide range of offers too were available round the year. Salespersons were very helpful while explaining offers. Ground floor dedicated to ladies and kids and upper floor for gents. Casual wear collection more impressive compared to formal wears. Parking space available underground. Will be better to have more than one person to shop with, so as to use the offers effectively.

Good deals, best service. But Cooling (AC ) was not working. Its hot inside. Kids, Ladies, Gents wear in good number of collection 👍. Lugguage bags, travel back bags in good discounted rates. Better to shop there with 3-4 persons together to get the benefits of each and every deal prices.😊

Everything sucks about this place. Just an over hyped debacle. Very old and dull materials, with huge mark up price to the tune of 70-80% sold at 50-60% discount.The people flock there seeing the discount label, I do not deny the fact that you may find something good if you spend lot of time among the junk. But, you get better picks at same rates or even less by spending less time at other places.The serpentine queue at the tills makes life hell. Better to avoid. I will not go there again.

Nice shop , but most of the sales persons never take an enquiry with us they are walking horizontal and vertical 😆 and their new coupon buy for 4000 and pay ₹1499 is a worst one because actually they must say the coupon value is ₹501 it can redeem in your bill. But they are saying only pay ₹1499 against ₹4000 purchase.The actual thing is if you buy a shirt (selected brands) for ₹4000 the shirt is in 50% off then you get it for ₹2000 already and you redeem your coupon in the bill you get additional ₹501 off so the price is ₹1499.Unfortunately we never get a good one if we buy accordingly to avail this offer.

This is a mall for branded clothes and shoes. Situated on MG road. Parking facilities are available. LP, ALLEN SOLLY, wrangler and many more common brands are not available. But it has some unhearded brands. It is recommended for men the collection is large. There is section for kids and women but not so much items.

Total fraud.. they will put many offers. when you go to avail them, they will say offer is not available on the items you have purchased. attached offer was sent on my mobile. Before itself i checked with them if the offer was available and they told yes. After spending almost one hour selecting items, finally when we reach the cash counter, they told that offer is not applicable for the items selected. they are very smart in cheating people..

On my first visit at Thrissur branch I was very unhappy as I couldnt find any sales people on the mens floor to assist me. (I think that was lunch time or shift changing time). I decided to leave without buying the selected clothes and with a very bad impression about Brand factory customer service.Anyway I visited the same showroom after 2 days and I found that those cloth color & size that I took hours to select wasnt available anymore. I was very upset. Thats when Mr. Nimal from mens section approached me and delighted me with his customer handling skills. With a very positive approach he took me to each and every section looking for the exact color and size that I was looking for. He was very helpful and patient. Even though I couldnt find the exact color but very happily I bought other color clothes. He changed my previous impression about Brand factory. Now Im a very happy customer of BF.

Got sms from Brand Factory telling adidas and Reebok shoes at flat Rs.799. When in went there, they told offer is not real. It was an advertisement wrongly created and send to customers. I think it was business tactics to attract customers to the store.But I felt very bad.

I have been to brand factory outlets of Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai ,was never a fan but use to visit it occasionally. As soon as I heard they have opened it in thrissur, thought of visiting it. It was absolute madness ! Due to rush it was not possible to shop properly and you wont be able to find any staff anywhere, for a second I felt I was in the middle of a busy galli shopping street. And finally I found a lady in the ground floor , dont even ask me she was throwing attitude as if the whole brand factory merchandise is own by her ! Next you cannot find a floor manager for any sort of help. All their clothes are old stock , full of stain and dirt . Clothes are not aligned at all, all in bad shape thrown here and there. Compared to mens section , womens is a disaster ! Their deals and offers are not worthy ,and not transparent , you may feel that you are saving instead it is as shopping from any other sale. Now billing area is even more worse ,no proper line maintained. They wont be giving you carry bag too and charged 10 extra for that. Had a horrible experience visiting this place. Wont be making a mistake ever again.
