Good honest people and nice place

I stayed at the Hyland House Shelter for 4 months and am very fortunate to have that opportunity, no person or organization is without flaws or shortcomings so I wont speak of these. Overall I was treated humanely respectfully generously(Thank you Mr and Ms Taxpayer I am indebted to you) and provided a reprieve from homelessness and a positive low pressure living environment which supported me to rise and compassionately overlooked my mistakes and issues for the sake of peace. Tammy is a wonder-woman! She had me and my kids in a home within 48 hrs! 100% ! I’ve already recommended Options to others who are facing the same situation I was in. Very supportive and wonderful friendly staff! I’m very grateful for their services!

This place is an absolute joke for services. Would not recommend. Raman is the worst coordinator/counsellor!
