Rooms are okay.. but the rate is too high!!!Friendly staff neat and clean..

There is in house restaurant in the property but that was not up to the standard and that is the reason I had to take food from outside. The location of the property is on the main road. The room and the washroom was also neat and clean. All in all I had a pleasant stay in the property.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. Location was nice. Room was not clean. There was no dining facility. No complimentary services were provided.

The hotel was under renovation at the time of booking and we were not informed about it. The reception was being demolished so going in and out of the hotel was very difficult. There were workers, materials and dust everywhere. The staff was pressing us to cancel the booking after arriving even though we said that we wont get a refund if we cancelled. They didnt inform us about the work and they just wanted us to leave. We were unable to sleep at night due to hammering sound coming from upstairswhich started around 10pm. At 1.45 am we were unable to bear with the sound anymore and tried to call the reception but the landline was not working. We called reception landline from mobile phone but no one was picking up. Then we called in the mobile number of the reception and at the third attempt someone picked up and they told us to wait till the work finished and that they could do nothing about it. It was 2 am by then and after an argument only did they temporarily stop the work and we could sleep. At 6 am again they started the work. The TV, telephone and Wifi were not working. There was no one at the reception at the time of checkout. The entire hotel was dirty. The were building materials and waste in front of our room and the elevator. The only window in our room was facing the hall were the workers slept with only a thin curtain and there was no privacy for women. It was the worst experience we have ever had. I kindly request the hotel not to take booking when it is being renovated and when there is no staff.

Had a really comfortable stay here. The staff is extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant can be better. All in all had a great stay.

An average hotel with average rooms. The Air conditioning can be improved, parking space is available for a lot of cars.

Very poor facility availed from this hotel. The charge they taken from our hand was that of a AC room and where we get that of a NON AC ROOM. bad room, not maintained properly, bad smell, bathroom not hygienic, tv available is very old one. Only it have a good parking facility and easy availabilty from road.

An old hotel with near rooms. The AC is of the old age era and will take some time to cool. In some rooms, AC doesnt work properly. Came as a batch of film unit.

A bar attached residency.. There is place for parking but its a bit clumsy which makes parking a bit difficult.. I came here for attending a marriage function.. This is not perfect for a big marriage function even though there was two separate hall for function (AC) and dining (non-AC).. The halls were small which may accommodate 150 to 200 people at a time which may not be suitable or sufficient for a normal marriage function..

Superb accommodation and nice staffs

Poor service quality.Worst staff behaviour Who are always drunk .Not safe for family,kids and ladies.Goons are working in and around the hotels.I am telling this by first hand experience.On leaving They will beg u to give more than 3 stars for all the services they never did.

Rooms are ok. Food is terrible.Overall customer service is good but the same time I felt there is a need for improvement. Management shall see that every staff get trained in this area.

Stay is good and hospitality also is good. Food provided in the restaurant is slightly costly and not so fresh food provided.

This is the place popular among medicos especially medical pg aspirants who stay at Thrissur and prepare because at Keli,2 auditoriums are available and many special revision programs mainly by Tmcaa and Individual special classes of various subjects used to conduct here only.....its in the road side and bus stop is very near by...there are rooms available here ac and non AC respectively but charges are on higher side ,there is one restaurant also in the ground floor but not serving good food and charges are too high , there is a bar in the other side of this building which attracts a crowd especially during evening

The place is quite and calm and is away from the disturbance of Thrissur city..Its known as hub that holds important classes for medical students preparing for Post graduation entrance examination.The conference hall are good but they offer poor Restarant services and even the price is high .

The bar within the complex leaves a big dent on everything . You will be welcome by drunk people doing things outside the hotel anytime of the day . Not the best of ( or should I say , not even a choice ) choices .

The only rated hotel i came across on this highway... Have it from here or drive another 10KM both ways
