Not at all hygiene.. I could see insects inside the cake and sweets containers shop and I didnt buy anything and returned. If u watch my attached photos closely you can see 2 insects..

Cheated.. last week I bought 6 ladoos..but they kept only 5..and charged for 6... it was packed in a box and tapped.. so I couldnt check that time.. imagine if I have presented to someone..Staffs are always craking jokes with each others and not serious at all..not professional. That may be the reason for these outcomes..So be careful....

Almost everything available collection of cakes and pastries in Thrissur. Rates of cakes are on standard while other bakeries are a bit on premium. All products available are fresh and tasty. As the first shop of Mango group the shop. is not so spacious. Display of almost all products are available at the counter. Parking is not available.

Even though their products are bit expensive , after all theyll worth more than that ! Their cakes are so delicious that we cant compare to others. Different varieties of cakes are available like carrot , plum pudding cake , pineapple cake ... recently I had plum pudding cake it soo delicious!!

Purchased a chocolate nut cake just today from this outlet and purchased some snacks from there too. Parking right in front might not be always possible as this is situated on the left side right at the crossroad just before approaching Poonkunam Square.Have a good spread of snack items both in veg. and non-veg. items besides sweets and savories. Same goes with the cake too. Friendly and courteous staff. One thing that caught my attention was that every snack item was packed separately which normally is not the case in other bakery outlets. They have outdoor dining section with about 4-5 tables ideal for people to hang out after school, college or work.Areas of improvement - Cake box looks very ordinary, can give a richer feel to it especially when customer is paying this much. If designated parking area can be made, this might improve footfall to your outlet.

I had a really bad experience with the staff there. My daughters birthday cake which I ordered was a fruitcake and what I got was fully filled with whipping cream all over the cake when I specifically told them not to. And they were yelling at us that we never told them about the whipping cream. There was not an ounce of whipping cream in the photo they put up on the website, so this really cheating because we are ordering from the website and then presting us a cake which is not even similar too it. And instead of accepting their mistake they were trying to turn the plates. Really bad customer service, I tried to upload the photo with the review but I was not able to so I have uploaded it in the gallery

I went there to buy some snacks, it was around 7.00 pm and they were about to close. I was humiliated by the staff. I think there were 2 lady staff. One of them @ the cash was yelling out at me as if ‘Iam the CoRona’ ,another one was passing unnecessary comments when I was entering.very rude behaviour.Why can’t they show kindness to their customers.Regarding food: that’s entirely different. I love their cakes and they all are fresh n tasty.

Worst customer service ever , all the staffs behavior is as such we are begging for food before them, they dont even care if a customer buys anything or leaves their store and my message to the owner : if you are treating customers like this in future also then its sure all your customers will be lost keep in mind one thing that its 2021 all of us have many options rather than your single bakery

Nderful selection of cakes and pastries. The baked section has a pretty neat selection as well. The pastries are very delicious and a looks perfectly garnished.Neat and well maintained and the staffs are very friendly and welcoming.I should say its a very well run bakery.Theres always a chance of customers going back again to the store! Keep up the good work!

This is the first mango bakery in Thrissur. Very rude and arrogant staffs. Very bad service with chit chatting staffs. Doesnt care about the customer as if they are doing some favour. Staffs dont even have any knowledge or manners. Food quality is very bad. Felt old and spoiled with the snacks, what I ate there. No car parking available. Overall a bad experience.
