Beautiful ambience,great food & also good prices!

Ordered diary cream butterscotch mimosa cake. It melts in mouth. The pops were also yummy!!!(previous visit )Staff was friendly and fud was yum!!! Hazel nut shake was the best!! Do try that!!Banana peanut butter was also great...

Very good experience. Ambience is good. Burger was not up to the mark though. But rest all were really great. The reason for burger not being good is soley due to the limited seasoning of patty. I expected something from them but I got a patty that was close to bland one. Hopefully next time when I visit Ill see if theyve made a change. Would really want to try different dish as well. Overall experience is really good. Courteous staff personnel. Excellent service too.

Yummy Tres leches cake from Navya.. It was osome and really tempting taste...!!!

This is a great looking place. The ambience, the location and set up looks really opulent.The place had decent variety of baked items.I tried their croissant, macrons, cinnamon roll, pastries, samosas and something called chocolate manjari.Out of all these manjari chocolate was excellent.Bombay samosa was also close to original.However everything else were a let down. Croissant was dry and burnt. Macrons were insipid and damp. Pastries were medicore and even burnt inside somehow and felt stale. Have attached few pics as well.But to cap it all, the customer service was inconsistent. If you are unlucky, You would just wait for the staff for assistance while 3 of them would be looking after a single customer as if your time has no value. Just didnt enjoy the experience. Came out of the store with a blunt mood.Just a feedback....train your staff to handle customers consistently. Meaning provide same and equal service to all customers. I know losing one single customer is no big deal for you. But better if you take a note.

We ordered a cake in a very short span of time, and still they considered my order and delivered a beautiful yummy milky nut macaroons cake for the baby shower occasion.Very nice and gentle staff.

Ambience too good... Covid protocols followed, got the dates and carrot cake at a reasonable price, other payment options available like phone peh, Paytm etc.

The cakes and snacks here are really fresh and tasty. Good customer service and parking facility is available. Do try their carrot cake.

The ambience is good and the place offers different cuisines. Beef tenderloin steak is undoubtedly one of the best one in Thrissur. Rest of the dishes was average for the price.

We visited Zst bistro at Navya...good ambience, not too crowded, attentive staff and decently priced.We tried the peri peri prawns and bacon wrapped prunes as starters. The bacon wrapped prunes were okay, and the prawns were a personal favorite.In the mains, the steak was requested as medium and was done to perfection. The accompaniments were nice too.The pork ribs were nice and the burger was filling.

The food was really good. The staff were really friendly and the service was exemplary

Ordered this wonderful naked vanilla cake from navya... it tasted as delicious as it looked ...had the perfect macaroons as well .. a MUST TRY !!

Vegetarian Meals seems to be just average for Rs 180. Have no idea why chicken biryani and vegetable meals cost the same.Egg noodles was decent along with mushroom pepper fryAmbience is decent.Washrooms doesnt have a proper sign board lot of people are accidentally entering the opposite gender washrooms.Washing area seems to be congested with only 2 wash basins.Dishes although have a good variety are bit over priced. Management have tried best efforts to bring wide variety of dishes in menu which are uncommon to most restaurants in Thrissur

The decision to dine in at Zst bistro later turned out to be a disappointing one.The food was that awful and literally everything tasted the same with no flavour.The menu may be little expensive for some and for us, it was worse when the food didnt match the expectations.Their service is good and when we gave them our feedbacks, they accepted it.Out of the 6 dishes we ordered, the only one that tasted good was the crispy calamari.

We walked into Navya patisserie not expecting such great pastries. The pastries were amazing - the sort you can find at 5 star hotels!We ordered a chocolate Manjari, blueberry cheesecake , chocolate cookies and tea cake. All the items were exceptional.Looking forward to my next visit to Thrissur !

Note: 3 shops in bldg. See also Zst & Kokki for info. Visited last week. First ate at the very nice Siriani restaurant upstairs. The restaurant had just opened with a limited menu but very tasty food. Then picked up a couple of items from the patisserie which I took to the Zst bistro in the same building and had with an excellent cappuccino. I hear that the bistro has a more western menu, like burgers.The setting is new and very nice. Worth the price, which was reasonable.

Our special thanks to the sous chef who designed the cake exactly the way we wanted..the cake was incredible and all really had a good time. We Thank Navya bakes for their timely assistance and really appreciate the good service we received. I had contacted Navya bakes for organizing a surprise 60th celebration for my Dad; they had designed the cake the way i wanted and the cake tasted superb..it was the best 60th celebration i could give my Dad and thanks to Navya bakes.

Not good as we think on the basis of ambience. I had worst experience in 2 visits. Customer dealing is good, but they are not providing worthy for the price they deduct..Dont ever go for desserts here. One of the worst, very expensive and not worthy. I think lillys is best even though its expensive, also seasons restaurant. Nothing special about this cafe bakery. Only the buliding view ambience and location makes different. But when we go inside its worse👎

One of the best confectionery stores I could find in Thrissur. The ambience of both the kokki restaurant and the bakehouse is very nice. the service by the people is also good. Only thing regarding the food is that ,We ordered 3 different types of biriyani (The menu is limited at the moment), The taste was good but rice was pretty dry and the curry, the gravy was too little and small pieces.The quantity of rice is adequate though.Overall experience was goodAfter having the lunch we went down to the patisserie for dessert as they had just one or two items as dessert in the restaurant.The quality of the pastries were pretty good, They also provide a space for sitting and eating them , the ambience is too good there too. We ordered 5 pastries for 5 people . They just gave them all inside a package and did not provide us with a disposable plate or anything. We ended up using tissue papers .

The ambience of both restaurant and cake shop is good. It is easily notable from the road. Good parking space is also there. The taste is very good. But the quantity is minimum and is little expensive. Their cakes are quite good. The service is quite good. The only thing is that little expensive and not worth quantity for the price.

The menu is special with some rare items. And the quality is also good. The bakery to the right provides the best bread I could get in Thrissur.

The place is easily noticeable, has parking for a few cars. The ambience is good, staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good but (and one ⭐ gets taken away due to this) for the price, the quantity could improve. The other thing I found as a shortcoming is that the vegetarian/vegan options are rather limited.

This is the best cake shop in thrissur, I have tried their red velvet cake, chocolate mousse and carrot cheesecake and they all are really very tasty. Their taste and quality is really rich though I’m not a big fan of red velvet cake I almost ended up eating the entire 1kg cake😂. Trust me guys When it’s about cakes and pastries I’m really very picky and this shop has won my heart over. It’s a new shop with very high standards I do have to accept that the cakes are a bit costly compared to others in the market but then once you taste it you’ll appreciate that as well. The staffs are not that friendly can be trained more as they are very lost not once but all the three times I had visited. Hence I’m giving 4 star

I had been to the pastry shop last night.The product quality is quite good...but I just wanted to comment on the service side where i received one of the best services ever.As I have a sweet tooth i go around a lot of cake shoppes and bakeries especially around ernakulam and trichur.The staff working in this patisserie is one of the most professional i have ever seen. I was amazed at the level of knowledge they possess. They explained to me those pastries and cakes with detailed explanation with attention to detail. I was totally stunned, as I never expected it from this place. Whoever is training them is doing a phenomenal job. Looks like all of them were chefs before..😀😀😀😀Keep up the good job and will be surely visiting them again....

Their bistro is quite good. Went during their burger fest. The pork burger in the sliders was outstanding. One of the best ones Ive had in Thrissur. Would definitely return to this cafe.

Really nice and one of the biggest porottas and Chicken curry. Restaurant dishes tasted and good with good value for money.Tried their cafe downstairs, had chickenbchicken and sandwiches. Felt nothing, just plain chicken patty with no seasoning and sandwich felt dry with same quality of meat. All I could taste was the Mayo. Really felt not worth for the money

I ordered blueberry cheesecake with lot of expectations. However I was disappointed, it was not upto the mark, texture was rough.The chocolava cake was the best Ive ever had, the quality of the chocolate is great.Pork burger, the pulled pork was really dry and chewy.Aranchini was bland in terms of flavour.

We bought pastries, spring rolls and chicken satay. They were incredibly tasty even after home delivery. Mr. Sreejith helped us choose the right items..thanks to his wonderful service, we had a great evening..

First time in thrissur had the experience of tasting the different breads .... they have the varieties available like French Italian and German breads .... also their pastry section is one of a kind a very sweet experience thanku navya for bring the worlds platter closer especially when it comes to breads and pastry

We were eagerly awaiting such a place in Thrissur. I am very impressed with the quality of baked goods. Its really good considering that they are just starting out with artinsal baking. There is still a long way to go to reach high quality baking, but its a good start.We really like the chocolate manjari, and the tres leches cakes. They also have a decent selection of savoury items.I would like to see more baked items though, especially savoury baked items

Best Cake Shop to open up in Thrissur. We got some great cakes for Christmas 2020! The entire store is well done with very good ambiance. Parking space available for a couple of cars which is quite unheard of stores in other parts of Thrissur.

Easy to reach location. We could park our car easily. We liked the ambience in the first floor where lunch is served- closer to glass window. Food was okay. We had rotis, paneer masala and fresh lime with soda. The staff were very polite and efficient. Generally good hygiene. Not too expensive. Overall, a nice place for an occasional lunch/dinner.

Grand Ambience and Great PresentationOverall needs to be able to provide exotic tastes as compared to other bakery outlets which one expects from the exterior grandeur. We needed one eggless cake but its not available in stock. Atleast a few pastries of the eggless variety can be kept as we expect from such a great outlet which are not commonplace. Other than this one disappointment everything else was right in place
