One of the oldest and famous bake shop in chalakudy...Good and hygiene atmosphere.good and tasty products with reasonable price.

It was one of the old bakery in chalakudy. At that time there were no other good place to hang out. But now it became an average place for hang out. Quality of food items also became normal. There are a lot of other places where you get tasty food than Grand Bakery.

Renovated with more space..Most suitable for something cool, in the heart of the town.The bake products are delicious..

This is just an average place to hangout, there are far better places available. Here the juices and milk shakes are average taste nothing special about the bakery except you purchase lot of snacks like chips kerala banana chips jackfruit chips and more...i would rate it 2/5 not very well maintainedThe price wise, it is on the higher side. I will recommend people if you dont find any better options.

Old is gold. One of the very old bakery in Chalakudy.I remember going with my parents to have shake when I was a small child.( 10-15 years back).

The bakery owner is very cordial and talkative. It was due to his hospitality that I ordered a 2.5 kg Vanjo cake for my babys birthday and paid the price in advance. Birthday was in the last week of August. As their shop was sunk in the flood that hit Chalakudy on August 16th, they said they wouldnt be able to serve cake. Then I asked them to deliver the same on the പിറന്നാൾ ദിവസം which came 2 weeks thereafter. Then they agreed and promised to make the cake in attractive shape. But at delivery time, they said they couldnt make it in the shape they had earlier said. I am not that specific about these things and hence didnt argue about it.But on reaching the venue and opening the cake I was really heartbroken. I have never seen a cake that is so ill-designed. The wishes written on the top of the cake was written by someone studying in LKG I guess. This is not something one would like to see on the first birthday of baby.And - the cake didnt taste good and was made with inferior material.Very bad experience. Wont go there again.

I ordered a piece of black forest and butterscotch shake..It was very disgusting.... The shake didnt taste like butterscotch...Never suggest to anyone.. The service too was very poor. The way they approach their customers was not good.
