Ordered chocolate truffle with polka dot design and we got a different cake from what we ordered. Also someone from cake farm, please help in identifying the animal shape you have kept there on the cake...pathetic...not even worth 1 star. The way cake was delivered in open carton box its another comedy. If you cant make the designs, please dont keep images from other sellers or makers to fool customers.Have attached snapshot of image they have in their website for this polka dot design with cute giraffe.Its just really great to spoil our daughters first birthday cake.

First let me tell u... I would like to give a five star for the cake... I had purchased red vancho and that was exceptionally good in design and taste... At the same time they had spellings mistake in the writings on the cake and was not delivered on time and this has ruined the surprise we had planned to... So in total i would like to give a 3 star to cake farm.

Found Cake Farm for the very first time when I Googled for a online cake store which delivers in Thrissur for my moms birthday. Although I didnt have any reference or recommendation about Cake Farm, I went ahead and ordered. To my pleasant surprise, Mr.Sabari (the owner) helped me not just with the cake but also had combo of flower bouquets of choice. A very well spoken gentleman that he is, their delivery was dot in time and the cake and bouquet quality was impressive to the price I paid. I tried to order a cake last week. The concerned person didnt show any interest, actually he neglected it. Surprisingly, when I cancelled the order because of his neglectance, he was least bothered. Very Bad experience in my first attempt. One of my relative also shared the same issue. He ordered a cake and it was not delivered. I dont prefer and will never recommend to anyone.Sorry to write such a negative comment. Normally I try to adjust with everyone, but this was very bad.

Requested for a plum cake but they provided me a tea cake. Customer service is very pathetic. They dont even know the difference between plum and tea cake. This is what I experienced. And the product is not value for money.

Cakefarm is a fantastic cake shop. They are true to their words. The cakes are always fresh and tastes delicious and moreover they deliver orders as promised without any delays. My family loves their cakes!

Cake is freezed too much even it is difficult to cut it. I bought Irish coffee for 750 1 kg. It is not fresh one although I paid full amount before. I ordered 10 am no one called I called them after 10 am. Got delivery after 10 30 am.

Their customer service is pathetic!! You can only expect arguments from the guy there!!!Not professional!!Do not recommend them!!!

But the second time when i tried to book an order, they show very bad attitude and asked to wait two days to take a that order since mine is not urgent one is the escuse they told which is not fare. consider customers in a fare manner. I ordered 2 cakes from cake farm for my daughter s bday. The service and delivery are superb. But i would reduce 2 stars for the taste. Ordered one chocolate truffle, which wasnt what we expected. Red velvet was better but that also didnt match the standards mentioned in the reviews. Anyways, their service was quite good and delivery was on time.

I ordered an American cheese cake from the place and what I received was not even close. A cheese cake is supposed to have a biscuit base and a set or baked cream cheese layer on top. And the cream cheese layer was supposed to have a lemony citrus flavour. What I received was a cake with a 1 cm sponge base with what looked like an ice cream layer on top. The whole cake was too sweet and was severely unbalanced. Please do not sell this cake as cheese cake as u are essentially cheating your customers. I had such high hopes for the cake as I heard good reviews of this shop and also had paid an exorbitant amount of money for the cake. If you need a to know what a cheese cake is please Google it.. you will get plenty of recipes. To make matters worse the attendant had misquoted me on the cost of the cake when I placed the order and i ended up paying an extra 1000 rupees.. all in all I am highly disappointed with the store and service and cannot recommend it with good conscience
