Very poor customer service , and worst attitude arrogant way of handling customers by the owner . Very slow moving construction , money minded builders , not at all recommend.

Good initiative for Sustainable living

They are more interested to fix the rate, and start the construction and get money as much as possible. Will stop the work in between and then you wont be able to contact the contractor as he wont respond to the call.
