My 43 inch samsung LED tv was toasted after a lightning strike , i contacted samsung customer service , they checked and said the boards inside was beyond repair and had to replaced , and also that replacement parts will not be available soon , had to wait for months with no good results , then i came to know about sigma electronics , The non repairable tv which was sitting there for more than 5 months was repaired within 2 days. I was also explained everything in detail about the work done .iam really impressed by the work quality and customer service. Thank you mr. mathew .

My TV Capacitor burnt, Samsung officially sent mechanic and told to replace entire father board costing 6500/-. Tried in Sigma and got the capacitor replaced for 1200/-. Good response and work done. TV working fine for last 15 days... Since new capacitor not available in the market got second hand ones from his stock. Good for a 11 year old Samsung TV.

I went to Sigma Electronics to repair my Samsung oven. Mr Mathew explained the issues with the oven very well. He also ensured a great job and did it pretty fast too. I gave it on a Saturday afternoon and the oven was ready by Sunday early morning. I havent experienced such a quick turnaround. Overall, this is a great service center.

My 5 yr old VU TV 50 display stopped working suddenly. Sound was there but no display. When called the customer care, they are charging 1500 just to inspect. So I searched google and I found sigma. Almost diagnosed on the call as backlight issue. I took it to sigma, got it confirmed that it was a backlight issue. Fixed the issue in a day. It costed 8500. TV working now without any issue. Excellent service. I have a TV of a lesser known brand called Cloudwalker and not everyone can repair this. The TV is very difficult to even open properly without damaging the screen because of the thin panel being used, let alone repair. I was planning to throw the TV and buy a new one. My friend took me to this place. Mr. Mathews opened the TV and fixed it in a few hours. I thought he will charge a lot but the cost was also very cheap. Very impressed.

One of the best electronic service centres I have ever visited. Mr. Mathew is very knowledgeable and experienced and can explain the problem & solution required for the equipment. Twice I had approached him with my Microwave oven and on both occasions he could fix the issue within couple of hours . The service centre is well equipped and the value for money concept is honoured in this centre.

I got my Sony LCD TV repaired at Sigma for blurred images. The problem was identified quickly, explained about the problem, indicated the approximate cost and rectified the issue fast. I would say there service is superb.In this lock down period they promptly came all the way to Thrissur and repaired my 2011 model samsung LED TV.This,inspite of the fact that I followed up with the Samsung Service Centre and no positive response came from their Chennai Office.

Actually speaking they offer very good service even though in this pandemic.
