The worst Big Bazaar store I have ever visited. There is a clear shortage of staff. The billing counters in clothing section floors are closed permanently. You need to bill them at The grocery counter. The staff are managed poorly as nobody is there to supervise them. Very very very slow billing. It feels like a Government Office. I believe the staff are getting salary even though theyre not doing proper speedy work like in Govt offices. After waiting for more than 15 minutes I had to drop my items at the counter & leave because there was no attention to customers in queue even though staff were there.

Good place to purchase grocery and daily use items there were full AC and the shop is neat and clean the shop is full security and there were under ground parking system, there were shoes shorts and t-shirts there it is on the 2nd floor in there somany offers will come and card are accepted there were they have a point card we got point on purchasing

Almost everything available here. The best facility here is the walking ramp from Ground floor till the top most floor, this makes easy to carry trolley and also easier in case lift is having too rush.

Now due to COVID very dull atmosphere is there in every supermarket good offers are there . But actually we went in search of a gift for a beloved but couldnt find anything special

Worst experience while ordering online1. Extreme delay in the delivery of order. It was supposed to reach by 6pm infact they only delivered it at 10pm that day.2. Some products were not delivered despite paying for them.3. On calling  we were told they will deliver the remaining products. Its been 2 days we still havent received them.4. Substandard Customer Service

All familiar products are here.Super offers , discounts, Special festival offers etc etc.There is no kids game center , Bicycles, mobile,Food courts .thats not here.Its located in Thrissur vadakke bus stand.Also near Kalyan and bismi hyper market

The Big Bazaar Hyper Market situated near Aswini Hospital Jn. of the Trichur city.Bulk stocks of most of the products are there in each floor of the building. Readymade dresses, grocery items,vegetables, home appliances etc are there to buy with reasonable rates.Staff services are good but we have to wait long time in the billing section. Sometimes we get offers also.Good super market.

If you want to visit the supermarket in the ground floor it is good. Otherwise not worth it

Big Bazar is one of the best shopping destinations at Thrissur. We can get almost all the household items we need under one roof. They have - Grocery, Textile, Home appliances, packed food items, etc..

Pathetic customer care and experience while talking to customers, was notified that UPI wasnt available after shopping for 2 hours and waiting at the billing counter, manager instead of clearing the issue was more or less in a condescending tone when asked for the suggestion box.Try someplace else guys , I dont know if the management changed or what happened, this wasnt the big bazaar Ive visited multiple times before.

Well stocked store with easy access. The collection of products available is quite large and the price point is appreciable. I’m a frequent visitor.However the biggest issue is parking. Even auto rickshaws drop a customer there and wait for the next pickup. Car parking is limited. But instead of blocking the parking area they have managed to goof up.

Prking space is less. Customer service is good.

Probably they are the first shopping center started in Thrissur in four floors.They got almost all required stuff from fresh fruits and veg, spices, other food stuffs, toiletries, cloths for men, women and kids etc.The best thing is T24 mobile service gets charged when you pay your shipping bills also ee get points which we can redeem.They also got Wednesday bazaar offers and many other schemes.They got poor parking facilities. Space for walking is less..bit conjusted, however that are making changes inside the store at the moment.

Almost all household items are available here. Moderate price/quality. Friendly staff. Got some nice bedsheets on discount and a dinner set on offer. A kitchen knife was missing in a set I bought which was replaced without any hassles. The queue outside to get in as per the COVID regulations was a dampner.

The place did not have many customers. Only the garments section was well stocked. The other departments were not so well stocked. A far cry from the Big Bazar of earlier days. The pandemic has taken its toll.

It is one among the biggest Super Market in Thrissur. It have a great range of food provisions required for the family. It also have household items. A full fledged section for ladies, kids and gents. On the top floor electronics section which has mainly Koryo products. Prices are little higher.

Facility are nice... but lacking something...in toys sections,very less collection of Nerf gun and not even found a dinosaur. I went to purchase a dinosaur and gun.. for gun i got two option to select. But even i dinosaur was not there in entire shop and the sale assistant doesnt know where it will be..
