If you are a Thrissurite then you wouldnt have missed visiting this place ever since you are a kid.And if you havent dont wait any further do visit now as its less crowded these days.It was my first visit this month after ages and I did in tense as I had to take my Cycle all the way up. However it wasnt tough as I thought 😀Could spot many morning walker along the stretch and was indeed a fun to ride.Security on the top was a mean guy as he wouldnt let the cycle or any vehicle in. There was indeed a dedicated parking spot on the top, not sure why that is not kept open. Couldnt walk around much as my cycle was unlocked and kept down.The scenery from here used to be great earlier, however now the trees have outgrown and too many constructions around limit the beauty you could watch from the top.

A beautiful place to hangout your day offs with your friends and dear ones. This place has changed a lot recently. It is quite a good place if you want to getaway for a day. The entry ticket costs ₹20 for adults. There are parking facilities available and it might cost extra charges. Theres a free park for kids to play with swings and slides and there is also paid rides. There is a small teashop and food court inside the compound. There also a well maintained path around the hill top to walk and watch around. There is also small hut-like shelters to rest and watch various viewpoints. Amphitheatre is the another highlight of this place. If you are healthy enough, I would suggest you to walk from the main road to hill top because you can feel the nuances of silence and calmness. There are not a lot of staffs except in the ticket counter.Overall it is a good place to visit and hangout with your pals and family and other loved ones. Evening time sees the peek hours here. I would suggest you to go after 3PM to avoid the heat.

Food courts and amphitheatre is there. You can arrange programs at amphitheatre. Long walkway built around for walking which can be used for walking in mornings. 8 kms from city. Can be easily accessed through Thrissur Kuttippuram highway. Nice place for relaxing.

Nice calm place for relaxation. Since a hill top... Morning sunrise and evening sunset time is the best to go and spend time over there. But still even during noon.. we can relax under trees and have cool breeze. But kids playground , amusements, boating pool .. all are in sunny place .. so if going with kids for their enjoyment, morning or evening is preferred. And entry fee is Rs.20 per head. And a parking charge of 20 per car.Also please not that.... Covid vaccination certificate is mandatory for getting the entry ticket.

Its one of the good place to watch nature beauty. Its near to Thrissur district and you have to catch up an auto rickshaws or taxis to come this place. Theyre are lots of things to do in this place and also good place to bring childrens here.

It is quick getaway from thrissur city. It has children park, and a small amusement park setup. It also has long walking area and an amphitheatre.

Nice walking path and small restaurant big park nice view points and there have butterfly guarden, an open stage also situated there. I think in summer time not good for visiting too hot but there is cool breezy, its better to visit rainy season

A hill with a great view over an interesting landscape. Admission rates are decent. There is adequate parking though at times it can get congested. Advise the utmost care if driving up the hill - there can be some fast moving vehicles coming up from the opposite side. While the view is good there are no indicators as to where and what to see. Therefore its best to walk around and explore. Do be careful with some of the swings and slides if with kids. They are not in the best condition. Also advise caps, gloves and sunscreen if the visit is in the morning. Recommend this attraction for its great views.

Good place to enjoy your weakend on low budget. Lovers and couples spend their time here between 10.30 am to 3.30pm. Families visit here usually in the evenings. Better go in the evening. A place to hangout during the evening. Best suited for family with kids as they have set up a kids only area up the hill. Its also a historically significant place and you would find few relics and statues. There is an entry fee. Getting here is fairly easy but would have been helpful if there were an auto station nearby for those who dont own vehicles.

This is an amazing park for kids and a heart blowing views for adults .. This view point is in a huge hill called vilangan hills so its gives us the real view faces of trissur town area. and the pass rate is so reasonable and cheap . so any one can come and enjoy the beauty of this view point

Vilangan hills is one of the beauty places in the Thrissur area , the newly renovated kids play area, 16 D cinema theatre , kids park, canteen etc are the main highlight of the area, the hill side has the panoramic views of the entire Thrissur which is one of the best moments of our life, the sun set view from the hill top is very energetic, the best time to VISIT here is 4:30PM to 6:30 ,The views from the Top and the wind will give you amazing ambience and experience,if you like my review please press LIKE.

Definitely an awesome experience! Never thought Id be out here although I came in the cold season, it was still a beautiful sight to see. I didnt get the chance to visit the small trip that they have but overall its a must see place I bet in the summer this is the place to be!A nice place to visit with the family. Winter is much quieter than spring and summer months.

Small hill station like ambience, best time to visit mornings and evening, in noon time not advisable to go with family especially couples, good entertainment park for kids, timing closes 6 PM in evening but they close counter at around 5.45 PM. For better nature experience walk from ticket counter or switch off ac and music and enjoy the silence of nature. Better to reach at 4.30. Snacks bar available no any full fledge restaurants.

Good place for children as there are few rides for them to enjoy , beware of heavy traffic and parking spot on weekends especially in the evening times , better if u come little early like 3 pm and park or u have to park down the hill and walk up the hill rather than parking on the top of the hill , then take a bottle of water as the stores run out of water quickly , there is a filter though .

Reasonable Entrance fee for adults, kids and a full family.Before entering to the hills, you must grab the tickets from the main entrance counter.Try to reach there by time before the counters get closed. 9am to 5pm is the timing as of now.Main attractions here are Childrens park, Kids park, View points, Sculptures, hill view, refreshing open air area.The bridge to the play area is more attractive. It leads to the play ground below the ground level of the main entrance area.Childrens park is the one of the main attraction in Vilangan Hills.The childrens park is spacious and neat & clean.Few rides are not functioning well. But there are enough number of rides for a small crowd.Swings, Slides, Seesaw, Globe climbing, tunnel slide, kids slide, rope climbing, bouncer, family swing, other kids adventure climbing rides can be find there.Kids park in vilangan hills is an addition to the children park. If you feel it is uncomfortable for your kids to play with children, you can choose the kids park.You can enjoy evenings here with your kids and family if you can reach here easily or if you are living by neighborhood places.You can refresh your mind and soul by visiting this place. There is view point, childrens park, Thrissur view point etc to watch here...Main cafeteria is not maintained well and not used which is under the main view point tower.There is another shop near to the entrance which provide soft drinks and snacks.Inside vilangan hills park, you can got to the top of the view point which we can watch the surroundings at an highest point.The view point is constructed separate and you can reach there by stairs provided to the exterior.The view point is near to the childrens park, before the bridge to the chidrens park.The main problem is that most of the 360 degree views are covered and masked with big trees. For that a full view is missed always. But still you can watch almost half of the area.Before they provided a telescopic view, but now it is not available from more years.This is one of my favorite place to visit with my family.The Road need to be well maintained.

Kids park. Theres provision for drinking water. Well maintained washrooms. The gates open at 9 in d morning and closes by 6.30 in the evening. The entire place is surrounded by trees, hence people can breathe fresh air. Good oxygen generating place. Theres ticket for entry. Guess what... theres an Amphitheater out here. Good place to bring kids n family. Highly recommended. Its Mesmerizing to see Trishur covered in mist. Its shown in d pic uploaded by me.
