Theater is good but the customer service is pathetic.Theater was allowed to run shows sometime during the pandemic and they still do frisking. No covid protocol followed.

Conveniently tucked away in a cozy sleepy town named Sobha City in Trissur, this place has decent stores and a fast evolving micro food and drink (non-alcoholic) entrepreneurial subculture in a mall like setting, more ideal for families bringing young children or young teenagers as opposed to a date venue for married couples.The mall also has a decent offering of typical department and boutique stores, and an rather upscale cinema theater with recliner seats for the premium back row. Parking has typically been abundant though chargeable.

Very bad service. Long waiting to enter inside. After starting Show time only they’re allow to go inside, so move will start later only.They told they will serve the popcorn to the seat so I paid for that. After movie I go back and collect my money back because they forgot to bring it.Very careless staff and service. But only checking is going there properly.Really stunned what’s this guys meaning actually.... customer service or show off....🤦🏻‍♂️

Great Cinema experience. The multiplex has six screens with comfortable seatings. The place offers various snack options and customer satisfaction and service is amazing. The ticket and snack rates are fairly expensive. The place is very well maintained. Drinking water is available.

Currently due to the rules you cannot have food inside the cinema hall, which is absurd because I havent seen this situation in other theatres so far.Plus the 2k projection system is not that great. The colour tone is very different from actual picture. Decent sound system. But they need to up the game like other Inox cinemas.Being said, this is one of the largest multiplexes in the district, that too in a prime location.

Pretty nice setting with good size screens and comfy seating. Except for the long lines at the ticket check-ins, it was a pleasant experience. The concession stand was convenient and well placed. The audio was sometimes too loud, but wasnt loud enough to hinder the movie going experience. Overall experience was good, but wouldve been better if people werent talking through the whole movie.

INOX a new and improved type of theaters situated in SHOBHA CITY MALL. It has 6 screen in it all in stadium type of seating. Screen 1&2 is larger where screen 1 is built of DOLBY ATMOS . All other screens are DOLBY 7.1 . Screen 5 & 6 is the smallest but they have the best effects. All the screen have food delivery facility by the theater assistants on our orders. And also have good canteen facility. Also the restroom is also good and modern. All the screens have recliner and Royal recliner seating.

A great place to watch movies with your family, friends or your loved ones. The screen is good so is the sound quality. Recliner seats provides a more comfortable and relaxing theatre experience.

Definitely you will get a wonderful movie experience from here. But not the best in thrissur. Sounds in here is not that good. There are plenty other theatres in thrissur which give best sound and picture quality. Lacknof multiplex in thrissur made Inox very special. I think it will be over when some other multiplex come in town

I visit this place for my Caramel popcorn.. And then the movies.. No popcorn allowed inside the theater during covid. A very great precaution but just a heads up for the popcorn lovers

Ambience is good. But this is the only theatre Ive seen not permitting the food inside, even from their own shop. Things have to change to see the changes.

Good thing that they having sanitizer point in all areas and also they have sanitized the theatre well. Last time I went Mr.Anil was really helpful.

Seats are comfortable and you would have a great cinematic experience.Seating and Comfort, I was very satisfied.Sometimes I have felt the sound quality could have improved yet further.Cons :-Beverage and Food inside the movie hall is very much expensive.Need to pay parking fee to watch movies. There has been a high court verdict saying parking fee should not been imposed on people for watching movies especially on malls and theatre. Neither the administration of Inox nor Shoba city mall gives any concern for this law

Nice ambience and extra neat rest room.The cafeteria is an expensive one. The theatre is focused on the upper class, not even to the medium class. There are four screens with different show timings. Its located in sobha city mall Thrissur. There will be security check in the entrance and food and beverages not permitted inside.

This is the only multiplex theatre at Thrissur Town even though its far from Main Town , located in the Sobha Mall Puzhakal, around 6 screens are there,most of them are well maintained,toilets and other facilities are clean,you can book tickets online then show the online booking tickets at the counter infront of the theatre you will be getting the entry pass with some extra charges,you can choose the seats according to your wish,there are two counters to take tickets one at the entrance of Sobha mall on left hand side and other near the Inox Theatre Complex entrance,you are not supposed to carry anything inside the Theatre no food or drinks just to promote purchase from the Caffetria inside the Theatre Complex which is an Organised LOOT in the name of Security reasons but its ok...but some time the frisking is very embarrassing that is not acceptable,they need to improve on the customer care

Neatly maintained and fumigation is happening after each shows. A/C was not switched on till 1st half of d movie.

The main problem is that we have to pay huge amount for parking . Because they are charging parking amount for hours . And tickets 🎫 rate is comparatively higher than other theatres in thrissur don’t gives any specific attractions than the theatre is situated in a good mall. Also it’s difficult to reach the mall because of heavy traffic

Very bad experience . They didn’t know how to behave customers. Their unit head one mr Murali very bad guy. In every complicated situation he simply escape and the staffs only face the problem. Several times I noted that. Very high rate in popcorn and snakes .festival time long add in halftime (45 min ) . Un cleaned toilet area drinking water facilities are they only for show off not filled properly .these all problems have a good solution please appoint a new unit headThank you all

I love to be in inox like its so comfortable to book the ticket and the ambiance it hold no much rushes. I suggest to take Royal Recleyiner Seat at least once it will make you best movie experiences on that seat. It has a lower amount at morning shows.. The popcorn is tasty so that I though purchase when ever I go..

Really overpriced food and beverages would not recommend but okay for one or two time viewing experience. Movie theaters are sometimes clean and dirty. Do not order the food to the seat as they got the food to us in the seat after the movie got over. Overall service was good but not worth it.

Hardly being able to call this a movie theatre, this is one of the only multiplexes that I’ve seen in this district and one of the theatres that plays movies in languages other than the regional - I mean they show Hollywood movies as well.The seats are very old, speaker system terrible and the theatre itself worthless. The place needs an overhaul which is long overdue.However the screen itself is good and air conditioning too.

I have visited this place twice. The latest visit was on a Friday to watch the movie Joker. The cinema experience is quite good. There are two ticket counters, one at the entrance of the mall and one at the entrance of cinema space. The cinema space is located at the second floor of the mall.There are 3 screens i believe. Most of latest Hollywood movies only get released at INOX which is the main reason I visit the place.The place is not easily accessible if you dont have your own transportation.The ticket prices range from 100 to 250.There is also a decent food court outside the place. The seats are quite comfortable. The security is quite strict here. They do a body check and you might want to hold your tickets till you finish your movie.

A wonderful movie experience with inox multiplex sobhamall . Neat and excellent interior . Out side foods or drinking water is not allowed inside the theatre. Efficient security system .Seat delivery is available from food counters. Main drawback is refreshment and food items are very expensive .

Facilities are good .. Good parking facilities.... Clean and hygeine washrooms.. Disappoimtment is that overpriced snacks and food products in the theatre.. Common people cannot afford this high prices even for a tea (Rs.80 min).. I had a french fries @ 120rs -very low quantity..For uppermiddle class its fine

Food (tomatochilli popcorn large tub)ordered online for movie was shown different but actual portion was very less. After lot of reasoning, INOX authorities replaced my order to what was shown to me online and forwarded complaint to Paytm.

Good atmosphere. High security check before entering to the cinema theatre. Beautiful seat arrangement. Ticket price is little high. Bigger problem is buying a snack from there. You can not bring any food or water from outside. Watching a movie for a family consist of 4 members need minimum 1500 rupees in hand (including tickets and snack)

The best movie place in Thrissur. Located within the premises of Sobha city mall , this is the go to place for a weekend outing.

Post-reservation, we had a hassle-free check in. Show was on time. There were enough people to call it a crowd but we had our own space too. Refuel stations service was great too. On the whole, deserves a 5/5:-)
