I want to share an experience that I got a great opportunity to participate in a general body meeting during my course period.It was just like an original meeting because it had a planned form of agenda was there; we started with a welcome speech,then approval of minutes of first meeting, the board of directors have explained and argued about their reports and variances in the company.we clearly discussed about the settlement of problems. Retifications in the company statement was reviewed before the meeting. And finally we have discussed the other matters of the company with the permission of the chair. In that we have decided to concentrate to improve the service income by different methods.
