I gave my Nexon for third free service. Nothing was there specifically apart from one cabin noise. And I mentioned same to service engineer. Because of only this cabin noise, they took one extra day by saying about they need to test drive to identify. Ok this was accepted by me. Next day I took delivery and while driving to my home, again same cabin noise started. I m not sure what KVR management is doing. Either they should hire service engineers who are well trained or vehicle itself has issue which cannot be rectified. Moreover, KVR Thotada is only service center for entire Kannur region which is very difficult to reach for people who are staying near Taliparamba and other far areas.Those who want to reach this place for new vehicle enquiry/service purpose, take local bus(not Limited Stop bus) from Caltex KSRTC bus stop towards Tellichery and get down at Palli/KVR bus stop.

Review is regarding service(based on 1 experience)1. There is only one service center in Kannur district, hence this service center is always crowded. So call them and book service before hand to get date.2. Make sure that you call them one day before and confirm regarding the date. Due to present covid situation, few things are not in their hand3. Time given in booking SMS is just for name sake. I got appointment at 10, and SA came at 11 to attend vehicle.(Reason is the amount of car that comes for service, it is too much, may be they should work on allotment of service booking)4. Service delivery time was again late. I got message to come at 4PM. I got the delivery by 5.306. Coming to service. It was a minor service, hence every thing was fine. Whatever issues I had raised, those were cleared.If anyone from KVR is reading this review, consider opening up another service center in Payyanur or Taliparambu area.

Eventhough the vehicle is of good quality, the service you are going to get from this place is really poor.

I went for the 3rd service for my nexon. For which I had booked the appointment in the tmsc application and callled the sc and confirmed. After reaching the service center, they asked me to wait as they could not find my booking. Is nt it the responsibility of the sc calldesk to manage the booking and note it down rather than asking the customer to wait and wasting the time.I felt very bad regarding the same as it is the 2nd time they have done the same thing.

Lot of improvement is required in pre and post sale service. Making the coustomer wait without informing the reason for wait is not acceptable. Quality of service is also not so good.I assume it is because of the monopoly of KVR in the region as there is no competitors.

If you really like your car and would like to get a good service for it, please do not take to kvr. Pathetic service, rude and arrogant staff. I am not exaggerating when I say my car was in kvr for 3 months. 3 freaking months and still nothing has been done. No calls were made by them to give us any update.

Makes you feel very welcome. Was able to get a test drive for Harrier instantly. But we had gone to test drive the new Safari, the SA took our information and brought the car home for test drive the next day.

Please keep some good staffs.they dnt even attend calls.

Always suggest the best options for us based on our requirements. Supportive and good follow up procedure. Good location and easily accessible. All kind of support system available for them. Worst service 😠I had given the car for regular service. I got the vehicle back after 8 days. There were no major works for the vehicle.. Irresponsible behavior from the advisor.

My car met with an accident and gave here for body service. I have explained all problems and the representative was in a hurry that he was not ready to hear me. He noted down some points which is like doctors proscription and told me to come after three weeks. After three weeks i called and asked about my vehocle status that time they told it is ready. When i reached there they gave me thd bill and told to pay it. But i refused to pay the bill and i told i want to see the vehicle. I was shocked after seeing my vehicle. What things i have explained them to do they did half of it only. Scratces was still there and they are told it was my mistake that i have not explained all things. And they have nort changed the brocken mirror and one of the headlight was not working. When i poonted out all these they again make me to wait another 3 hours. And the joke is this is the only one tata service center in kannur 😢😢

Bad experience, poor customer care

Tata cars has become excellent in all means in recent years. After sales service for the tata cars from KVR is pathetic. As its the only Tata car dealer/service in Kannur, they doesnt even consider what customer needs. They just do the service for the sake of doing it. From my personal experience, they havent done anything which I have asked them to do for my Tata Tigor. Same thing had happened with few of friends also.For the new buyers of Tata cars in Kannur, please keep in mind that, until and unless these people provide good service, dont go for it. Tata cars are awesome, but after sales service is also important from customers perspective.

On 11 .01.2021 i have visited the showroom for replacing my entire wiper set including arms. They committed a date that they will install it on 13.01.2021 as there is no stock available they told the product will surely arrive on 12.01.2021 and everything will be fixed by 13.01.2021. when i call they said the shipment has not yet arrived they need 2 more days. They wasted my time, if they told me they couldnt confirm the date i would have gone to other service centers and done it there. If you cant keep your promise then dont give promise. Very disappointed with the service. Guys dont belive their words they are fake. Get it written even if it is small thing. If i had planned to go somewhere on 14.01.2021 and trusted their words i would be in big trouble.

Worst service centre ever been to. I went there multiple times with different issues for my Tata Nexon, but never got a proper response or timely service from them. Even when I have renewd an Insurance policy from KVR, theyve still not updated in Parivaahan.

Heavily crowded service center because Tata has only one service center in Kannur. Yesterday I have done my first free service from there. It takes 2 days because of the rush and the service quality is very poor. Even the washing service also pathetic. They havent done any of the issues I have mentioned. Totally disappointed.

This is the worst service center Ive ever been to. I really feel bad for the Tata owners at Kannur, Unfortunately they only have this service center for Kannur District. They dont even care for your issues. I went for a minor issue and they told me to leave the car for few days and when i told about my urgency they just walked around my car and told me everything was fine. And the people who test drive your car drives them recklessly, even you will feel sorry for your car. No option for 0 stars else I would have given it.

Unlike new tata showrooms and customer care, kvr stands in the last, seems they are not aware of anything. Total kaos in service center, you will have to go and nag in reception to get a service advisor alloted. If you order a part, there is no followup and you get to know after fwvweeks that its struck somewhere. Tata motors shall seriously train this dealer, else will do lot of damage to brand.

Their service center is the worst in town. Dont even think of going there. If you ring up they wont answer as they have noone in the reception. In addition if you are in need of a spare part it will take ages to get. Whats worse was they didnt even have the courtesy to fix the car when it arrived. They said you have to come again as the mechanic is on leave. Seriously!!!!!!! You just have one mechanic and you want the customer to call you a 1000 times....
