I went to the movie Kong vs GODZILLA.The theatre atmosphere was classic.And the sound effect was so great.It is a best place to watch movies with frds and family.

You have banned outside food and dont have enough stock in canteen to serve the customer and also they wont give any information while buying tea are coffee that its not allowed inside screen waste of time and money

This is a very small shopping centre with two screen for viewing cinema. This place is a welcome addition to a culture that young people are falling in love with.

Hygienic rest rooms for both male and female. Sophisticated and comfortable push back seating arrangements. Crystal clear Dolby Atmos for sound. Neat and tidy environment. Love to visit often for better quality cinemas.

Staffs are very rude with customers, and they havent place any notice board regarding their instructions.One of my worst experience-I buy 10 tea for my family members in their canteen but they didnt allow me to serve the tea to my family members they why they are selling tea in their canteen.

New cinema halls with fantastic quality! The Dolby audio system is perfect. The picture quality is crystal clear. The seating is good and the gallery arrangement is well done. The ambience is good and there are a lot of staff to keep a watch and to assist. The parking space is vast. Unlike other theaters in Tuticorin, the audio system is sensibly and effectively tuned. The snacks and beverage counter needs to be better. A good movie destination for families and hope they maintain it these way.

1. I visited Perison Plaza yesterday 24 Feb 2020, 4.30 p.m. show, for the film Mafia. The complex is well furnished and gives an impression of being in a metropolitan city. The parking facility is so good, and we are directed gently by the assistants. (The structure and furnishing: 5 stars; Parking facility: 5 stars)2. Coming to the ticket counter, the man sitting there was not so polite. He was straight away saying You wont be allowed inside, if you are drunk. Though what he said is right, it is not the way to say it. Instead you can make a banner and keep it visible or appoint someone to do it outside. Then I asked for the person to give the back seats, but he gave seats in front, although the theatre was rather empty(Ticket counter, hospitality: 1 star)3. After buying ticket we were not allowed to go in, instead asked to sit in the open space under the plaza, in the chairs and wait. It was not so good to be seated and waiting as we do in a hospital to meet the doctor. It did not give us a feeling of having gone for an entertainment. (Reception: 1 star)4. Before entering the theatre screen, we were checked individually. It is normal everywhere, but what I found upnormal was, the person (with a hostile look on his face) was demanding us to take out everything from the packet and show him...including currency notes and kerchief. It was ridiculous, and I asked myself, am I going to write a NEET exam? (Checking: 1 star)5. The theatre was well furnished and had a high class appearance. The AC was full, the seating arrangements were good, seats were comfortable to sit, enough space provided...The theater is really good. The toilets were neat, tidy, and of high quality. The space on top could have been more, but it is decent enough. The canteen is also good.(Theatre infrastructure, features: 5 stars)6. In side the theatre, we must have been around 50 watching the film. In Spite of having requested seats at the back, we were given front seats for rs. 150 tickets. After the interval, We felt we could sit at the back and we four of us went and took the empty seats at the back. After 10 minutes the assistants came and asked us to return to our own seats, in spite of the theatre and the seats being empty. It was pointless, what fun you have in giving us seats at front, while the whole theatre is empty? (1 star)While I like to give 5 stars for the structure and features, I strongly recommend to train your staff especially in hospitality.Thanks.

IMPORTED SILVER SCREEN gives you the crystal clear pictures quality ...comes to the 3..projector CHRISTIE RGB LAYSER PROJECTOR had been fixed....gives you the perfect picture quality.....and4..surround speaker KLIPSCH BRAND SPEAKER gives you the reality of the movie sound effect ita really awesome ...and5.. Screen 1 is little bit wide....compare to Screen 2 is very compacted .....6.Dream theater for thoothukudi people is comes true...really very nice ambiance ....FamilyS one of the best and inside residential area is very safe for familys....I really feel the fantastic experience in tat theater...
