Food is not up to the mark. Highly disappointed only limited option available for dinner. Spicy and not tasty as well.Not recommended for dinner.Ambience is not great only two or three cars can be parked.

They say the best food is found in the most humble place. This is a good example. Samudra was shifted from a bigger place to a smaller one. But the quality of food is great. We were a group of 5 people and had a pretty good dinner here. We ordered grill chicken, mutton and chicken curry dosa, mixed fried rice, fish finger, chilly parotta, gralic naan with naatu kozhi gravy, masala kulcha with mutton chukka, brain fry and finally ended with mint lemon soda. Every dish tasted good and the food was prepared very quick. The person who attended our table was also very gentle. Thumbs up to the team 👍

The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Tuticorin where you will be free from the congested roads and trouble for parking . The hotel is spacious and has good parking facility. The taste of the foods are so delicious with reasonable price. The quantity of the items needs to be increased...Good for family and small party lunch/dinner get together.

Starters are comparatively better than the main course. Shawarma is tasty. Tandoor chicken is juicy and flavorful. Grilled chicken has decent taste. Never order biryani here because youll end up regretting. Butter chicken tasted like fish curry with loads of oil. Naan and roti are quite hard to chew.

If you are looking for a peaceful tasty place for non vegetarian food in tuticorin, this is the place to be. Big parking, ample seating area, good ambience and a wide variety of non vegetarian food at reasonable prices are definitely an invitation to try. The poricha parotta was not available. Also, coin parotta pricing was similar to bun parotta (per piece), which is absurd considering the size as they both taste similar.

We were on Road Trip on NEW YEAR and got it into this restaurant after checking reviews but We were highly disappointed by service, hygiene of vessels, and food test.Glass for drinking water was not clean, Chicken chettinad was not at all spicy, prawns pepper fry literally sucks.I’ll never recommend this restaurant, it’s not worthy.

Birthday songs in the background, light effect, helping in cake cutting, wishing the bday baby and all. Too expensive for a very normal average ambience and little quantity. Three small pieces in chicken butter masala cost 175 plus gst. One small piece vanjaram cost Rs 200. And sitting in that ambience it felt too expensive.

First of all SAMUTHRA Hotel shifted in other place... Now here SDR restaurant... Middle class people pls do not enter in here.. Because price are too heavy.. I order bun purotta but they are ask gravy separately.. Bun purotta prise Rs.50 Gravy Price Rs140.. so middle class people do not enter in here..

Good... Food served here is tasty and delicious. Seating arrangements is good. The service is really appreciated. The rate is also reasonable. Too chil for oneself to be accommodated and the too much of chillness affects the hot served food quality. Enjoyed dining.

No professional service. People dont know how to serve and wat to serve. First they are not provided water on table, starter came after main course. Starter came to table before plates serve. Gravy came at end. Poor people response. Not customer friendly. Need to improve lot interns of customer satisfaction.
